Very friendly staff, good selection of outfits too. Went that and got a nice formal gown for my wife at a reasonable price.

Tomi is the best of the best. If you go to Dillard's, please adk for her. 3 gals did not want to help my friend and I and they lost out on am $800.00 sale as Tomi worked to help my friend buy suits, etc. Tomi is the best! The others were not helpful.

Oh, I made a special trip from Salina to Manhattan to go to Dillards. I purchased my wife a beautiful Kurt Geiger purse. It was bespeckled with jewels. Three weeks after we purchased it the jewels started falling off. So I drove all the way back to Manhattan to return it. The immediate reaction was no way! - but after talking to Tori, the department manager we receive satisfaction, and my wife has a replacement purse and we are very pleased. we love Dillards, we are so sad they close the store in Salina, Kansas.

My 1st time here. I was so thankful to find a bra that would actually fit me! Thanks for providing for all women! I didn't feel constantly hovered over, yet assistance was nearby. The store was very clean, and nice and quiet while we were there as well! I look forward to returning.

It's prom season. Honestly I wasn't even going to go to Dillard's but if you're going to do any prom shopping you should do it here. Dress (red) 159.99 dress (blue) 179.99 I believe , and jumpsuit 119.99

These prices are great, they'll hold dresses for you while you look at others and the staff are so kind.

I don't have pictures from the perfume section but the ladies there know what they're doing! They were so nice and had such a good eye for scents that would match what you're going for.

This is a medium size Dillards, good selection for women’s clothing and shoes. Really didn’t check out the other sections.

Very, very pleased with the service I received. I was offered help, offered to hold my things, and service was very quick. It was not pushy at all, which is something I really appreciate. If someone is pushy, even if I want things, I rather just leave without purchasing because it makes me uncomfortable. That wasn't the case here. Very impressed.

I purchased things on clearance, so it helped me quite a bit. There are a lot of cute things for the kitchen and house as well as a lot of formal men's clothing, which is what I was looking for. Happy with this store.

I want to say thank you to May for my shopping experience today. I was shopping by myself and it was just after opening so the store was quiet. May became like my personal attendant making my experience so special. She was intuitive to my size and quickly picked up on my taste pulling items asking if I'd like to try them. She had knowledge of which item was from which line of clothing. I miss the days my daughter and I spent shopping together and May filled that memory for me today... May's customer service.... I went to get samples of perfumes. All the ladies were knowledgeable and helped me out with finding a smell that I desire.

I went to Dillards to buy my husband some jeans right after my Mom passed away. The young man in the men’s department was so very kind and helpful, I believe he said his name was Sterling. Top notch stand up guy! I then made my way to the perfume counter, I wanted to just smell my mom’s favorite perfume that she always wore, Elizabeth Arden, Red Door. The lady at the perfume counter was extraordinary nice, and I ended up buying a small gift set for my daughter and I to share. If anyone is ever in need of some retail therapy, Dillard’s is definitely the place! I so appreciate their kindness.

This visit was super! The store associate spent lots of time with my order (sale items not available in store - I wanted Fiestaware with a mug, store had cups) so she took time to check with others and work online to order my order. I asked for a substitution (it was a buy 5 place settings and get 1 free); I wanted a large serving bowl instead. She was pleasant, friendly, and repeatedly told me I was not taking up too much of her time. I received exactly what I wanted because she took the time to work with me.

Great place to spend a day enjoying different and interesting items for home and family. Also great for quality in brands, great and trained staff from shoes to having yourself properly fit in the lingerie Dept! I have learned so much from the employees there, all are always warm. No better place to find a great sale!

All I can say is Katie in Customer Service went above and beyond to help us replace a mud pie canister that got broken. The Manhattan Kansas store was the only store near us that had one in stock as it was a discontinued item. This was a very sentimental piece to my wife as it was a gift from her mother. Katie found the canister, showed us pictures, arranged shipping, and even wrapped and wrote a very nice note. While we are not from the area, I hope that Katie can get the recognization she deserved. Good job Katie!

I'm shopping for men's cologne and they have a wide selection. The staff is helpful and attentive. The store is clean an well laid out, I enjoy shopping here.

Employees are always eager to help customers in need. The store offers a wide variety of items. Best deal on colognes and perfumes. The ralph lauren selection for men and women could improve compared to stores like Macy's. Employee Sterling always makes my day when shopping here.

Great store and I am thankful it's at the mall. I like going in and shopping in the store. The staff is friendly and helpful if I ever have a return. They have a good selection and run some awesome sales. I am there every New Year's Day for the 50% off clearance sale.
