AT&T Store

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I got helped my multiple staff, mainly someone named Bailey (might have spelled her name wrong), and they made sure I left with all my needs met and even a couple laughs. 10/10 would recommend

I want to say thank you to the manager, Chris. As soon as I stepped into the store, I received a warm welcome from him and his staff. After waiting a few minutes because all the staff were with other customers, he called me over to a table to help me out. I wanted to change my phone plan and add a new line. He was asking me questions and was making sure I was going to the correct plan. Not once did I feel pressured to upgrade my plan nor felt pressured to buy a new phone. He did an amazing job helping me out. He also took the time to verify that I was receiving all the credits I was able to receive. He found one credit that could be applied to my account to help reduce the total on my bill. Because of Chris’s exceptional customer service and willingness to assist me, I will be back to this store. Again, thank you for all your help.

Kudos to Mr. Zach Pielsticker. I went to the store for an upgrade and his help was terrific. He was communicative and positive all the time. He helped me get a new phone with a new number and transferred all my contacts. All done in a comfortable store environment. Good vibes. I recommend going to the 100 Bluemont Ave store for your AT&T needs and asking for Zach.

Dustin H, the store manager was so very patient and helpful this the process of setting up our new service. He answered all of our questions and even stayed for quite some time after his scheduled time off to insure that are services and applications were all functioning correctly. His customer service is top notch!

My husband and I went into the store yesterday to get our family plan switched over. Dalton was incredible and got us all set up. He was very personable and up-front about our options. Chris also came up and chatted with us during our visit. Both associates were awesome! Thank you Dalton and Chris!

Chris from this store was extremly knowledgeable and fast. He was able to multi-task and get two customers taken care of at the same time effectively and efficiently. Even during a pre-game rush, he handled it well and with the utmost respect. He has to drive all the way from topeka though which sounds miserable. God bless him. Thank you much!

I was very satisfied with our experience. Dustin was informative, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Overall, he was AMAZING. We didn't wait long even though there were several customers already in the store and waiting to be helped. I would highly recommend the Manhattan, KS AT&T store.

I came in dreading buying a new phone and the headache that goes along with transferring data. I was very pleased with Chris R. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I am just leaving the Manhattan Kansas AT&T Store, and I was also here last night. Both experiences were super awesome!! Zach, Bailey, and Chris the manager, all have have EXCELLENT customer service skills and are very knowledgeable about your products. They resolved my problem with my iPhone, reviewed my account and recommended some changes for better service and pricing. I highly recommend this AT&T store and the staff!

We traveled 50 miles from Topeka to Manhattan to buy new phones from the best ATT Rep ever. Chris Rowe did not disappoint us. He sold us new phones with his patience, kindness and knowledge and covered all the details before we left the store. Thank you Chris Rowe for being amazing as always.

Baylee is always wonderful! I always ask for her first when I come in. She makes sure to get you the best deals that she can, makes sure you understand your device and bill and never leave with any questions unanswered, she’s the best!
