haven't been in yet but heard him speak and met him. he shares info no other dentist does. Quotes per my notes, "Brush 10 minutes after citrus such as oranges demineralizes teeth. Wait 30 min. after soda to brush as demineralizes teeth and takes them 30 to remineralize. Avoid sucking on lemons. Tarter control and whitening toothpaste cause pain. GERD/Reflux destroys teeth. 1 day a week no SODA or sugar. Only 1 soda per day. Carbonated drinks eat teeth. Avoid grazing. Do 3 30 min. meals, 3 5 min. snacks, ONLY water between meals. 500 meds cause dry mouth. Grazing can include drinks! vegan diet for heart often more carbs than protein best for teeth. DO Plant based diet. High protein diet: more alkaline less acidic. Dried fruit bad. Eat your whole fruit, Don't drink it.

Dr. Scheer and his team are great. We've been going here a long time... should be 16+ years now.

One thing I just wanted to extend is I wish they took my ins. Laurie told me they took my ins and I got there and she said they did not. I don't appreciate her telling me they took that ins. And they actually didn't so that part was not cook and I guess that's his wife. Lol. I have allot going on in my life so I put it on care credit. But the drs manners sweet and very caring and I'm not in pain. So she needs to learn how to do her job.
