Office Depot

I needed to buy a 4 in 1 printer immediately but my boss gave me a ridiculously low budget. I looked online and Walmart had exactly what I needed and it was on sale. I went there immediately but they were out of stock and so were their other stored in town.
I went across the street to see what Office Depot might have. Not only did they have the exact unit, but they price matched Walmart.

I was in Office Depot looking at shredders, and had just picked one out. An employee walked by and asked if she could help me. She graciously placed the large shredder on a dolly and escorted me to the cashier station. After I paid, she then took the shredder and carried it to my car! When I got home, I realized the shredder did not have a function I needed, so I called the store, and asked if they had one that had the needed feature. They did. I asked them to hold it back for me to pick up the next day, and they did, placing it behind the front counter for me. And it was on sale! I came back the next day to exchange the previous purchase for the new one, and a gentleman carried it to my car for me. Everyone could not have been nicer, or more professional! The Office Depot on N. Rock Rd. in Wichita rocks!

I am always greeted warmly as I enter the store and offered help with finding what I am looking for. The employees are friendly and cheerful as well as helpful.

Service was fast, friendly. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment was not easy to assemble, and pre assembly was not available. But once you get it figured out, products are great.

The clerk was extremely helpful after leaving another store because I couldn't get anyone to help me. She greeted me at the door and took me directly to the product I wanted and stayed with me to explain and answer questions. I will go back to Office Depot next time directly.

Courteous and helpful staff. You can check online if they have what you need then pickup in store, have the item shipped or pulled for free pickup in store, or shipped direct to your door if it is not in stock or inconvenient for in store pickup.

Called ahead. The item I needed was there waiting for me at the counter. Store was clean, uncluttered with every aisle labeled for products. Very customer focused. Pricing quite reasonable.
