Sim Family Dental

It was my first time at this office and I loved it! The receptionist was so sweet and helped me with paperwork and setting up a second appointment. Jenn cleaned my teeth and she did such an amazing job, she makes you feel very comfortable. The doctor was great and he was very informative, he showed me my x-rays and talked to me about what to watch out for and do differently with my oral hygiene routine.

The office was clean and the staff were very friendly. I’m so glad to be a patient here now!

The staff is great. Love Tina my hygienist. Dr Simm explains things and recommends treatment that suits your schedule. His work is phenomenal. Wait until you see the before and after pictures of his work.

If you need ANY work done in the Wichita area, this is the place to go! The staff is nice AND pro. Their system is efficient and streamlined. Their hygienists are gentle and effective (my gums weren’t all banged up after a cleaning). And Dr. Kim is nothing but professional. He gives you all the information you need to make informed decisions and treats you with respect. Because of a few awful experiences, I’m not a fan of getting my teeth worked on, but I’m not nearly as hesitant when I know I’m in their care!

All of the staff is incredibly friendly from reception to hygienists and the doctor. Today was my first visit there and I had the most pleasant experience. The doctor is honest and gives you options. They also scheduled me as soon as they could, which was still relatively quick, but put me on a wait list and called very quickly with an opportunity. I would highly recommend them!

I had a really bad experience with a previous dentist, but everyone at this office is so friendly and caring. The receptionist is amazing, the hygienists are amazing, the people who work with Dr. Sim during procedures are amazing. Dr. Sim himself is personable and does an excellent job of explaining what he is doing, why, and keeping me comfortable. The only dentist I ever want to have in the only office I want to go to.

Best dentist in Wichita, hands down. We moved to Augusta and still continue to go to Sim Dental because of the amazing staff and Dr. Sim being so thorough in explaining everything that needs to be. They always remember everyone in our family by name and are so kind.

Dr. Sim is an excellent dentist, very professional and talented.. explains everything that will be happening.. including things to do for future prevention of dental problems.. the entire staff are very friendly to be around.. I highly recommend Dr. Sim

Dr Sim is an artist! I’m so happy with the work he did on my front teeth. I wish I had done this years ago! And his staff is absolutely the nicest people!!

I absolutely love the staff at Sim Family Dental. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. The Dentist is very knowledgeable and skillful. I have had a lot of work done on my old filling and mess ups from other dentists in town and I am very happy with the crowns and fillings. He has saved a few of my original teeth, when I thought I would need root canals! 10 stars for everyone in the office! Johna Ford

For the first time I went in today for a cleaning and checkup and was grateful how well Tina took care of my cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Sim happily introduced himself and I look forward to returning next week to get dental work. He seems very patient and I love the office’s atmosphere, including the geese who greeted me.

I took my wife to see Dr. Sim to have dental exam, tooth extraction and dental bone graft. Dr. Sim took time to clearly explain the problem and the options of solutions. Dr. Sim and his staff are very friendly, honest and professionally skillful. I am so satisfied that I decided to put my whole family for dental care of Dr. Sim and his staff. These people are awesome! Always professional, always courteous and most importantly always have the patient at the highest priority. They aren't on my insurance plans network but they are worth any extra cost!

Dr. Sims does amazing and thorough work. He explains why and what you need done with photos. I was referredby a friend and have since referred two other family members. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes, and the office ladies are very helpful and kind. If you need crowns or implants I would not go anywhere else

Tina was wonderful! Very thorough, gentle and on time. Going through chemotherapy and issues opening my jaw, both Tina and Dr. Sim were very helpful! I would highly recommend both. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Best dental clinic I have ever been to.
