This place is amazing! They have such a wide selection…you could spend all day looking. Shout out to Abby who helped me return some sample tiles that I had purchased. I didn’t have my receipt and she became a detective trying to track down my purchase. Excellent service!

Jim provided professional and expert advice with regard to choosing flooring, buying, and ordering stairs to go along with the luxury vinyl plank flooring. I wasn’t even aware that stair treads were available to special order! He was really pleasant and fun to work with and gave me advice that I needed to hear to make my project go more smoothly. Many thanks to Jim and to Jace for always loading my car so kindly and with a smile!

My husband and I went on Sunday, October 8th for some inspiration shopping for a bathroom we will be doing in a couple months. While we were walking around, we found the perfect tile on clearance and there were just the perfect number of tiles for our project. One of the associates, Jace P. helped us with the tile. Then when we continued shopping, he was very helpful by creating a quote for the items we will still need. Now I have a shopping list to follow for the rest of the supplies. He was also extremely helpful by bringing items so we could see selections together. Particularly, we were looking at the wall tile and trying to look at floor tile and he grabbed a sample kit of different grouts so that we could see what they all looked like together. He made sure we were refreshed and was a very joyful person. We only bought the wall tile during that trip, but will definitely be back for other supplies!

Great selection & prices are well displayed and it's organized! Love all the displayed examples of bathrooms, laundry or kitchen. Everyone was friendly & asked if we needed help. We remodeled our shower.

Great assistance by Cody, Jennifer and JR. Sorry, I missed the third young man helping Cody. I did a Self pickup, three trips in
a Government Motors -small Chevy (truck's payload limited to 1600 lbs). Each time all were very courtesy and expedited the loading.

This was our first visit to F&D and we were not disappointed. At first, we tried figuring things out on our own and it wasn't long until we surrendered to the help. We met Andrew and he was super chill, extremely knowledgeable and was happy to help us as he taught us about the specifications on LVP. Next we met Ryan on the design team and he was great too. He offered to get us print outs, grabbed a cart, scanned samples for us and even offered us a bottle of water. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will be back! Thank you Andrew and Ryan!

Rickey at Floor & Decor in Wichita, KS has been amazing and so helpful when I go get my supplies. He is always nice and takes care of anything I need. He had just clocked out for lunch and was walking out but insisted on helping me before he left since he knew exactly what tile I would need. I have had many encounters with multiple employees there and they have been nice and helpful. Thank you!

We have bought our floor from Floor and Decor on 2 different occasions. We love all the options they have and everyone is always very helpful! On our most recent remodel I have been into Floor and Decor to get samples and look at flooring MULTIPLE times and each time I came in John was working and been a huge help in deciding which floor we could go with. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful for all the assistance we received from him!

So many kinds of tile and flooring to choose from. Some you can't find at some of the other big box stores.The employees are really helpful, also.
