Residence Inn by Marriott Wichita East at Plazzio

Stayed one night as I was passing through Wichita, KS. This hotel is an easy 4-5 minutes from US-400. Plenty of parking. Quick and friendly check-in. Room was nice, clean, and without odor. Breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of choices. Plenty of parking too. A few restaurants within walking distance.

We spent 3 weeks here with our children and our 2 dogs. I wish I had sprung for the 2 bedroom units, but we were comfortable on the 1 bedroom. Kids enjoyed the pool almost daily, it was always clean with towels available. There is also a basketball court, BBQ grills, minigolf area. For the dogs, there is a huge well kept grassy area behind the Residence Inn, it's not fence but there is plenty of space to run. It also has a guest laundry room which is super convenient. Location couldn't be better, tons of dining options, pickleball courts, bowling alley, movie theatre all within walking distance. The team is amazing: Richard and Danielle were great to talk to in the morning, Rebecca, Elora, Christian, Damien (and apologies as I forgot the names of other amazing people we met while here) were always super warm, welcoming, and friendly. The property itself could use a refresh in the next year or two, but the amazing service more than makes up for it.

Great place for a long-term stay, Darren Turner (Associate General Manager) is very helpful. Shuttle Service is available and on time. Enjoy my interaction with the staff and looking forward to future interaction.

All I can say, is the management, the staff, the accommodations, the atmosphere, the rooms, and everything are immaculate and spectacular! I would highly recommend this is a must stay place in Wichita!

We travel with our dogs quite a bit and love that Residence Inns are pet friendly & spacious. We always have plenty of room for our two dogs. This location has a large open field in the back which is perfect for taking them outside. Just finished a 2 night stay here and would recommend!

Have regular work meetings in the conference room & it always great. They allowed us to have coffee & tea from the lobby too!

Family stayed there for 10 nights while moving to the Wichita area. Staff and hotel were excellent. Beds could be a little more comfortable and maybe some minor tweaks to breakfast options. Overall great hotel living experience!

Great customer service. We got moved to stay here due to a sister property's issue. The other hotel had horrible customer service and we were pretty frustrated when we got here. When we checked in we explained the issue and Russel was extremely nice, understanding and right away discounted our rate for the inconvenience the other hotel had caused us. Nice size rooms, everything was clean and taken care of well!

This is a super cool place to stay with a great entrance lobby and superb rooms, amazing service and fantastic outdoors with gym, pool, poolside seating place, and so on. There are also facilities like golf and tennis courts. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen and there is also a self-pay shop inside the hotel for small snacks and quick meals. Overall a highly recommended place to stay with family, friends or solo.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 8 of us staying and we all felt the same way. I wont stay anywhere else when i return to Wichita.

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious and have full size fridge and stovetop for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Every few days they have social events from 6 to 730 pm with assorted drinks and food items. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting the area.

This was such a great hotel!! The manager, Russell was very helpful as we had to adjust our reservation due to our travel ball tournament being delayed!! The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast as great!!

Upon checking staff got me a lower rate. Room was fine. Beds may need a change out soon. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was average free breakfast.

Awesome rooms, great staff and the breakfast is flawless with an outstanding chef! To push the bar even farther.... They have a basket ball half court, pool, hot tub and 2 outside propane grills!!! Now talk about a little piece of home!!!

i am not surprised the reviews for this Residence Inn is amazing. It really is one of the best Residence Inns I've ever stayed at. I'm a Gold tiered rewards member, meaning I travel quite a bit and stay at quite a few Marriotts. I do typically stay at Residence Inn or Element hotels, I like the kitchens with the stovetops. I tried the Hiltons but the Home2 makes you rent a stovetop that doesn't work. Hence, my Gold status at Marriott. Needless to say, this location was safe, clean and looked almost brand new. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. This location should be training grounds for other locations!

Very nice stay! Facilities were clean and there were many things to do like swim and play basketball site and within walking distance like the Alley entertainment next door. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very accommodating! They were able to fulfill our request of a room by the stairs to make getting our 2 Great Danes into and out of the hotel as easy as possible.

The beds were really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few great restaurant locations nearby. Will stay again.
