This place is the best in Wichita. Dr. Mary will make you feel at ease, first thing. She might even crack some humor with you. Her bedside manner is 5star. Her professionalism is right on. She definitely knows how to be gentle and pain-free. The office staff knows how to make you feel comfortable. I enjoyed going to the dentist.

Dr. Chang is amazing. As well as everyone in the front office. Our insurance is annoying to deal with and confusing to figure out and they’ve helped us every step of the way. The root canals we’ve had done were done the same week we learned we needed them. Rescheduling with them is easy, the waiting area is nice, the dentists are thorough.

Saw Dr. Chang today for a root canal. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Firstly - She is the only endo who contracts with Metlife, but their website does not reflect this due to licensure/credentialing I think. But the office can verify this! Secondly - NO PAIN AFTER. Best anesthesia hands down. So if you read no further, there you go. But please bother reading.

Their office explains the financial aspects of care very thoroughly, and also checks benefits very well. I knew my cost estimate from low thru high end, and any potential procedures to be performed. Front desk staff was professional, courteous and warm. It was a pleasure making their acquaintance today and I appreciated the time they took to get to know me better!

Dr. Chang had an incredible bedside manner, and was a warm, kind person. I had concerns regarding getting adequately numb due to prior experiences and my metabolism of anesthetic agents. I was numb for 9 hours haha. On top of that, the shots I received were the least painful I have ever received. I noted she had a different technique (though i don't know enough to describe) and placement than other providers.

Dr. Chang worked expeditiously, explaining throughout the procedure. I was really impressed just getting to see her work the way I did on my own mouth ha. What a boss. I am guessing she stood out in her class in school, just a hunch. She worked fast, but in a way that you know she meant business and knew what the heck she was doing from beginning to end, and you were in good hands. I had 100% confidence and I don't say that lightly, with baggage due to medical trauma and lingering trust issues. When I went to see my dentist for a new temp crown later on, they remarked that there was no trauma in my mouth from the root canal work and shots and asked about my experience. I stated I wasn't surprised because of how little I had felt anything when she was working. I raved about her to them, as they said they had only recently started referring to Lakepoint. They were appreciative to hear of my good experience.

So tonight - when my anesthesia wore off, I had ZERO PAIN. None. It was like nothing had ever happened. I'm usually agonizing with the shots i've received and my gums are traumatized from whatever work has occurred. My husband can attest to the hours of moaning that usually occurs even with pain meds lol. He said root canals are always painful after for him, and he sees someone he likes a ton. I think I found a keeper! I am contemplating switching dentists completely now :)

Had to have an emergency root canal. Dr. Chang got me in quick and did and awesome “no pain” root canal. The office and dental assistants were all very helpful and kind. Would recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Belen goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable. The dental exam was the best one I have ever had! I have some major dental work ahead and the doctor has earned my trust. : )

Eveyone there is friendly and welcoming. I was referred over for a root canal and was very nervous as I had never had one before. Dr. Chang and her staff took good care of me and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. I appreciate how fast I was able to get in and get taken care of! I have to go back for another root canal but knowing Dr. Chang is taking care of me, im not nervous at all.

Had a root canal that was not painful at all. The staff and doctors were informative and considerate.

The people at Lake Point Dental are always friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Dr's. Belen and Chang provide the most tedious care. I love that they are perfectionists. The dental hygienist is also amazing!!

I had a great experience with Dr Chang and their office staff yesterday! I needed to have a root canal done quickly and my regular dentist referred me to this office. They worked me in right away and I couldn’t be more grateful! I never knew a root canal didn’t have to be painful! If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommended doctor Chang and this office. I’m forever grateful!!!

Dr. Belen, Dr. Chang, and their wonderful staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Even with my severe dental anxiety, I feel at ease in their office :) All the procedures I've had here are painless, yet thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!

Friendly doctors with a family vibe and gentle care. Our family has been seeing them for many years and have always had the best experience. I highly recommend them for all ages! Dr. Belen is amazing at dental work and moldings and is super fast. Dr. Chang makes even the most invasive procedures seem harmless. They both have great personalities and are amazing at selecting hygienists. Always the best!

Dr Chang is fabulous both in personality and in her skills. She made getting a root canal a very unstressed experience. Sadly she only does root canals or I would use her for all my dental needs.

I was recently in Wichita for an extended period of time and accidentally chipped a tooth. The sharp, jagged sensation in my mouth was incredibly uncomfortable. Lake point was able to get me in that day and the very kind and talented dentist actually fixed my tooth during her lunch period. It was a fast, effective repair, and I couldn’t have been happier to feel back to my old self. Highly recommend their office!

They made me feel comfortable soon as I came in to ask about their services and if they could accept my insurances. They seen me the same day. The ladies were so nice and friendly to me. The Dr. was great, she answered all my questions and her technique was outstanding!

Doctor Belen is well knowledgeable and highly composed during the procedure with me. His office is well-equipped with Tech , Tools and Staffs, but he is still extremely cautious and patient when it comes to his work. He take all his precious time with you just to make sure everything is in place and help you understand the condition of your oral health as well as laying out treatment plan accordingly . The front desk ladies is super duper friendly and happy to see you, they are willing to help anything you concerned with. This will be my dental places for life . 🦷 5/5 Recommended.

Nice folks. Good job and timely. They did an excellent job claning my teeth. I'm returning for some additional dental work in the next few weeks.
