Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wichita East, KS

All I can say is this.. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for such an exceptional stay. We booked a nearby hotel for our trip to see family, but ended up booking with Country Inn & Suites after being absolutely horrified once checking in. From the moment we walked into your lobby, we were greeted with such professionalism and care. The room was so clean, with great amenities and all the touches we could ever need. When we came down for breakfast the first morning, we were not disappointed. Mango, REAL avocado, etc.. You name it, it was there. Our appreciation never changed in all 4 days we were there, and that means the world to us. Thank you a million times, thank you.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and both times were exceptional! This most recent time I stayed was due to a family emergency and the staff were more than amazing working with me. I believe his name was Tarik Khan, what an absolutely wonderful example of amazing customer service. Always so kind, more than willing to help me with anything I needed, and the definition of warm and welcoming. Even seeing his interactions with other customers, he kept that same level of care and kindness. Give that man a massive raise!! The rooms were wonderful, and it’s a wonderful place to stay. Absolutely gorgeous

Great place to stay, lovely front desk attendees. Fabulous breakfast! I have only one negative comment, they put a hold on Credit card for deposit, which isn't unusual but they didn't take off at check out, I asked them if I needed to remind them, He said no its automatic. But it went thru anyway and took several days to be credited back to Credit card. Ugh Said they would Credit back $200 but was only $150! No room damage! Room was clean!

I booked a room for 5 days. I was here for my daughter's wedding. Usually when you book a hotel online it is not like the pictures. I am happy to say that this hotel lives up to it's pictures.
The staff was nice always smiling. The breakfast they served every morning. A great addition to save money on a meal. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. Overall a great experience. Be sure to book here when you are trying to decide where to stay in Witchita.

Great rooms, rates, and staff. I and so thankful that they are now a member of Choice Rewards. I have stayed here multiple times and definitely impressed. This is my go to hotel when I am in the Wichita area.

I enjoyed my stay here, I was greeted with a cookie and they have available coffee and tea. Morning breakfast was definitely awesome. Eggs, cheese, bagels, waffles, fruit and yogurt all ready in the morning.

Simple hotel, but it was perfect for us. Friendly staff. I love the grounds layout with the courtyard/patio/pool. Main lobby was not large.. but inviting and quaint. Best breakfast I have ever had at a Country Inn & Suites. I will stay here next time I come through Wichita.

We were looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced one night stay on our way back from Western Kansas to Missouri. We had never stayed at a Country Inn, but it was a fantastic experience. The property looked almost new, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious but not too big, the shower pressure was great. I enjoyed the 24-hour coffee bar available, as well as the keto friendly cheese omelettes and sausage for breakfast! Tariq, our check-in host was very helpful in getting a settled and helping us get pizza delivered to our room ! Jacky, our checkout host, and Mohammed, the facility manager, were also very pleasant and helpful! This location and their staff are absolute gems! We will be back when we travel that way again!

Incredible Service! – Above and Beyond!
If I could give this team 20+ stars I would. To say their service is outstanding is such an understatement! We’ve always been fond of the Country Inn and Suites chain but this experience was amazing. To understand my review, you need to know my story. My husband left CA moving a friend to AR. They were in Selina KS when I made a reservation online. As always, I contacted the hotel to ensure the reservation was in order. There I spoke with Jackie who was delightful. Leaving Limon, CO my husband, his friend (and their service dog) had an issue with a 2004 Ford Truck pulling a cargo trailer. They were headed to Wichita so I called a local repair shop in Wichita. Leaving out of Selina, my husband decided to continue toward Wichita limping the truck and trailer. Finally, the truck broke down completely. I called the hotel to explain they would arriving significantly later than expected. This time I spoke with Mohammad – another incredible polite and helpful person at the hotel. I asked if once they arrived at the repair shop, if the hotel had someone who could pick them up. Mohammad explained he would send the hotel to pick them up. Fast forward, the entire process took longer than expected – a tow truck was called, etc. I called Mohammad again and told him they were delayed even more. He explained the shuttle driver had left for the day; however, since he promised a ride for them, he said he would call an Uber. Really, an Uber – where else would you EVER get that type of service. I was pleasantly shocked. Mohammad went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only was he helpful and polite each time I called but he recognized a fellow man was in trouble and jumped into action to help. This team at Country Inn and Suites represent the best of mankind – something missing in this world. To Whom It May Concern: Country Inn and Suites is lucky Jackie and Mohammad on their team. God bless you all for your kindness, your incredible service and your willingness help someone in need. You guys are amazing! I thought you’d like to know.

The hotel was very clean, appeared recently renovated and was in a great part of town. I was surprised at the range of breakfast options for adults and kids and really liked the presentation. The room was clean and inviting and the landscaping was nicely done. It was a great value for the price we paid as well. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a clean, safe, semi-upscale hotel at an affordable price.

The shower's head needs to be replaced from hard water, but the room and service were amazing the breakfast buffet was fresh. Will plan to stay again the next time I pass through.

The room is super clean, furniture is comfortable, service is amazing and price was right. We just checked out today and still think 5 stars doesn't do this room justice. This room should be the standard for all hotel housekeeping. Loved our stay and if we ever need a room in Wichita again, this will be where we choose.

I stayed here with my family (wife and 2 Toddlers under 5) Nice and clean hotel with Friendly and kind Staff. Definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Great location in Wichita, amazing service, and rarely used hotel, very quiet and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Not as popular as other hotels so you have almost the whole parking lot to yourself, park in the side and back into a spot. I always come back to this hotel, stay after stay! Love the mini store in here to buy drinks and snacks

Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Easily accessible on Webb Road just off Highway 54 (Kellogg).
