Everything is amazing. The GM, Samantha was very helpful, the staff was amazing.

The staff there is very friendly & helpful. Misty, Sherita, Elmer and the lady whose name I didn’t get, who works on 3rd, are very nice. These people know their business and will be glad to help you out any way they can!! The rooms are clean & well kept!!

I have been pleasantly surprised at the space i have in my room. The staff are responsive and friendly. The other guests I have met are friendly and kind. I'm so glad I chose your hotel for my 5 week stay. The rooms are clean with plenty of extra linens as I have needed them. This will be my go to place for business trips.

The building exterior is well maintained as is the parking lot and well-lit. I was greeted promptly at the front desk by a friendly, professional associate. I was given a very clean room with a comfortable temperature. Comfy bed with crisp, clean sheets. Clean bathroom with great water pressure. Quiet and peaceful stay. I will be a repeat guest!

There are so many reasons why I love staying at this hotel when I come to town! One of the main reasons is how clean the hotel staff work hard to keep it clean! The staff is very thorough on how they clean!! Also you can't beat the price for what you get! It's like your own little studio apt.! It's also very quiet! They have an onsite laundry room which is also clean and convenient. All of their staff is so friendly and accommodating to all of your needs! I highly recommend choosing this as your hotel to stay!!

I tend to review on expectations, seems like the fair way to me. Is this site a five-star hotel with fancy restaurants on site, no it is not. However if you need a clean place to stay in a safe neighborhood with some room to spread out and a place to store and prepare food it is absolutely perfect. Also pet friendly which is a huge deal to me.
I have stayed several of these hotels lately in find all of them to be excellent for my needs.

Our stay at the Extended Stay America has been quite the luxury! Our room was very spacious and homey! Everything was clean and well kept from the bathroom to the kitchen. The hotel staff is very friendly and always at the ready for your basic needs and are always very considerate of your comfort during your stay. Convenient location and a close drive to everything you’d need. Did I mention the rooms are huge!?! Nice and clean full size fridge, oven, dishwasher and cabinets, large counter top and the hotel accommodates you with anything you may need. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Great and safe location on the east side of town. Staff was efficient and friendly, especially Misty and Valerie at the front desk. Always held conversations and checked to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Stayed long term while working out of town and the accommodations were perfect for me. The manager Tanya made sure I had the best available rate and proved to me she cares about the guests. She always greeted me when she saw me, and went out of her way to correct any concerns I had. Great faces to see after long work days. Can’t remember the name of the older early morning front desk lady, but she made me feel at home with her conversation and she made the best coffee. If I’m ever back working in Wichita this place is a no brainer as far as costs and what you get.

Recently stayed 11 nights at this property. My queen suite was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Everything I could have asked for was provided; full kitchen, clean bathroom, great layout that was easy to get around (I was using a walker) and an onsite laundry for guests (also clean!) Yes, you have to ask for dishes if you need them but you may request in advance and they’ll be in the room for you. I had groceries delivered then my flight was delayed so the staff even went to the trouble of putting my groceries away for me prior to my arrival!
The entire property is non smoking with pets are allowed in some units. I didn’t have my own dog with me so I enjoyed meeting some of the others.
But the best part is the staff! Tonya and Sherita go above and beyond for each guest ensuring their needs are met and reasonable requests are addressed in a timely, professional manner. Everyone I met was friendly and seemed to enjoy their role in keeping the place running smooth.
This will be the only place I will stay on future trips to and through Wichita!

Clean, plenty of parking, minimum noise and well insulated so easy to sleep. Laundry clean, gym 24/7. Friendly staff always available. In past 18 years doing business here the rates and privacy make this my top pick. Tha I you all. P Kelley

I haven't stayed here yet. I have booked rooms for the near future. And I wanted to mention that the manager helped me with booking a room best suited for my families needs. She also noticed down some requirements like getting the carpet cleaned, the convertible bed/sofa cleaned and dusted and to make sure that the bathrooms are clean. Reneishia( I hope I spelled it right) was so helpful. She even suggested some restaurants nearby as well as assured me all my requirements will be met.
Thank you Reneishia for helping me. I really appreciate your friendliness and you being such a considerate person. Can't wait to stay there. Thanks again. Ill definitely update the review after my stay there.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and corridor. I was grateful it was a safe and drug free environment. Rooms were spacious with full size fridge, oven, 4 stove burner, and my room had a queen size bed and pull out couch. The mattress on both were very comfortable despite what i read on the reviews regarding pull out couch being bad lol. Honestly not true. The kids kicked me out of my bed and I had to sleep on the pull out couch a few nights and slept like a baby. The oven was very convenient I could bake for my kids. That was cool. No bugs. Relieving. No thugs. No drugs. Just working people and families that keep to themselves. Sherita the receptionist and the Edwin the maintenance man were very kind to me and my children. Very professional to me and other guests. Tanya the heavy chic often very hurtful never answering phones gossipy and spoke very condescendingly. Over all the amenities and safety are great!! There is a quick grab as you go breakfast

Room was clean. Had a full kitchen. Dishes, coffee pot, toaster, and other cooking utensils all available so didn't have to eat out all the time. Sherita and Tanya very helpful. Made for a pleasant extended stay (a couple months.)

Heidi was great for my check in and Misty was awesome at check out. It was very quiet and pleasant and I also had a spot on the back side to park my truck that Heidi showed me.😀✅👍🙌🏾

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel for any price. We stayed three days and found it to be a value in comparison to the other motels in even much higher prices. We would highly recommend this place. I Believe you will be surprised at what you get for your money. We booked through Price Line and it cost us $55 per day.

This is a great Hotel. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean and quiet. I would most definitely stay at this location again.

Felt like I was staying in a furnished studio apartment. I will always choose extended stay after this visit. Its way cheaper to be able to cook at the hotel for free while out of town.
