Hampton Inn Wichita-East

Just a one nighter on a road trip, but we are very glad we stayed here. Room was clean and comfy. Temperature easily controlled. The bed was fantastic. My husband wants to buy one! Breakfast was great. Everything in working order and friendly staff. Thank you!

Checked in online. Was greeted at the desk with a friendly manager who gave me my key and a good restaurant recommendation for dinner. Dropped luggage off at room which looked nice and went to dinner. I'm sure everything else is fine.

This was a very nice place to stay. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super nice. They had a exercise room and and the breakfast was good. I would stay again if I was staying in town.

Want to give a big shoutout to Mack at the front desk. He went out of his way to support me with my room when he didn’t have too. Thank you for making my trip to Wichita a great experience!

Great location and service. Checked in with Matt who was tremendously helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

It's always high quality in all Hilton. This time we stayed in Hampton. Clean, thoughtful and convenient as usual. Highly recommend to be sign in as a honor number.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy! My kids enjoyed the pool. Only downside was that we didn't have a fridge or microwave. And the breakfast was just mandarin oranges and cold cereal. But otherwise no complaints. The staff was very nice and friendly. We would stay again.

Stayed at this Hampton the night before I moved back east from Wichita. This assessment is from 2012. Lovely place to lodge; staff were friendly, courteous and proficient. Hope it's still that great when I visit Wichita again.

We stayed at 5 different hotels while traveling across the country and this was by far the best of them all! The rooms were extremely clean and there was no mustiness or mildew smell at all which was common at a few other hotels we stayed at. The rooms were quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room appeared to be well maintained. The location was great and best of all this was the cheapest hotel that we stayed at. The only bummer was the limited food options for breakfast due to Covid, but that was no fault of the hotel. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

This hotel was awesome! They allow smoking, which almost scared us off to not stay here, but glad we did. Best Hampton Inn in Wichita (we stayed at all of them directly in a row night after night to compare). Well sound proofed rooms, no smoke smell, clean, no bugs and well maintained. Staff was exceptional and worked to success to resolve any issue or get answers to any questions they may not have know themselves. Very impressed, definitely would recommend and will stay again. Had extras and very kid friendly. Had fresh baked cookies at check-in and coloring sheets with packaged crayons for the kids. Above and beyond small items set them, in combination, well above other Wichita Hampton Inn hotels (North and Airport). Breakfast was great and much above in quality. Entire men's basketball team came in right after we sat down and the attendant kept up with the demand 100%, excellent job! Breakfast items were awesome and I especially enjoyed the steak and eggs scramble (skillet without a skillet 😉).

Newer hotel and everything was very clean and comfortable. We didnnot take advantage of the breakfast but the coffee was very good. Good location right by intestate 40

Very nice. Very clean. My only complaint is that maybe the front desk person should have a backup person. The front desk person is always busy. And if they are on phone setting up a reservation, current hotel guests cannot get through to ask questions or ask for a service. I waited over a minute and finally gave up and just went down to the front desk. Even then I had to wait because the front desk clerk was STILL on the phone setting up a reservation. Yes, there is a pandemic but it's time to up your staff numbers if it means being able to take care of both current and potential guests.

Nice location in East Wichita. The rooms are clean and quiet except if you have the handicapped room that shares a wall with the pool. The customer service is excellent and the breakfast has plenty of choices and is very tastey. The room price was reasonable (as hotel prices go no adays).

Honestly after the mess I encountered in Greensburg, KS, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The staff, both night and morning, were polite and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10

Property was clean, staff was friendly, quick check in/out. great location for business at Beech Factory Airport. Good breakfast. Would be great if some restaurants were close by.

Great hotel and wonderful staff! I can't say enough about this hotel and the staff. The location is great, especially if you have dogs with you. Plenty of room outside to walk and exercise them. The staff was wonderful the minute we arrived. From the reception staff to the management, we were impressed. The room was great and spacious and the bed was wonderful. A nice quiet location! Highly recommend. Thanks!
