If I could give six stars instead of five, I would!

Incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Rooms were well kept, breakfast was perfect, and the hot tub being open late was such a plus. The staff was also super helpful in scheduling a shuttle for us to get around.

Drove in from Dallas on our way to Omaha. Reserved a room at this location prior to departing our home. I called the hotel in advance to let them know we wouldn't arrive until late (around midnight). They got us checked in and had keys ready for us... took no time at all. This kind gesture allowed us to keep the babies sleeping as we scrambled in from the freezing weather.

Front desk staff, manager, maids, and breakfast staff were all very pleasant and fun to talk to. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The shower had dispensable soaps that were actually quite pleasant and steaming hot water. Heater worked like a charm!

The concessions in the lobby area were abundant, including meds, craft beers, sodas, several kinds of water, candy/chips, and microwave-ready meals. Nothing was crazy expensive, which we appreciated.

Complimentary hot breakfast was delightful. My family particularly enjoyed the individually-wrapped spinach feta frittatas. WOW what a treat! They also have a fantastic oatmeal station, and many options to choose from throughout the buffet area.

I noticed this location had a decent gym and even better pool area, though I didn't get to enjoy them on this trip.

Looking forward to future stays at this property!

I arrived at the front office (reception), I told staff, (I wish I could know her name) that I'm Deaf and please take your pen and paper or mobile to communicate with me.

She said ok and give my information to her then she decided to change room for "disability" room. I got into the room. I didnt realized that room have accessibility to door bell flashlight and fire alarm flashlight too! I was very impressed that she is aware what I need to access this room because never know it will be happen to me. In my opinion, she is concern me come first as SAFE place!

I would like to explain and educate you so I would suggest you maybe Hearing Impaired is inappropriate because it is slur word and political incorrect. Better way to Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Stayed here one night, using Marriott points. Room was very nice, service exceptionally pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was do-so in the options offered. Coffee was good. Only complaint is that using points always guarantees a less desirable-location room, farthest from everything.

Rooms are very nice and spacious! :) There is a free gym on the first floor, lots of food options nearby, and best of all, one of the desk receptionists is an absolute TREASURE 😁 Amber is so friendly and welcoming, it was our first time speaking with her and she made us feel like we were best friends! She also gave some great food recommendations and was very patient any time we had a question. Fairfield should give her a raise or a promotion! 💛

I spent 3 nights here with a youth baseball team and the service was over the top great. Amber at the front desk took care of us through all kinds of ups and downs in our scheduling. She was friendly and accommodating and a huge help.

The rooms were clean and comfy, the common areas were clean and large. The patios outside of the pool and breakfast area were really nice to have. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, not amazing but gets the job done.

This is a great hotel ! Solid food variety and options and the staff is kind. Great atmosphere to.

They were all so amazing! Our car broke down and as it was in the shop had no where to stay so they let us check in 2 hours early! Was shuttled to the car rental place by a gentleman who was supposed to be off work but wanted to help us out! He stayed to make sure we got a car! Front staff is so friendly you feel like you’re family! For sure, 100% recommend staying here!

4/5 location star for the neighbor hotel hawthorn suites behind (a joke of a hotel with questionable crowd). But we just made it an out of sight, out of mind kind of scenario.

Gluten-free breakfast options were fantastic! Our stay (for girl’s state wrestling 2023) was perfect. Everything was clean and serviceable. My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast which had crustless quiche, Udi’s gf bagels, Seattle’s Best coffee, and other things. Well done; we’ll be back!

We always stay at Marriott due to their unmatched consistency in regards to what to expect, cleanliness, and customer service - this was no different than every other time we have stayed at a Fairfield. The breakfast was sufficient for the “level” of hotel that Marriott considers the Fairfield line.

I usually stay at this location when in town. Clean with friendly staff.

My husband has severe allergies and we have a heck of a time with hotel rooms. We actually were booked in at another hotel but he couldn’t do it.
Fairfield got us in after 10 pm. He had no allergic reaction. Our room was very clean and not chemical smelling at all. Beds and pillows were both very comfortable.
Breakfast was ok but hey they had it!
Hot tub was kinda cool. Pool was nice and the sitting area outside of the pool was very private and nice.
Would definitely make this my stay if I’m ever this way again.

The staff is amazing from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I cannot say enough of how accommodating they are. More on that in a bit. First the beds and room were exceptionally comfortable. It had a seating area where you could sit on the sofa and watch TV or just relax without being on the bed immediately.

We took this time while stopped to lighten the carry in bag. Unfortunately by doing so I forgot I laid out my clothes on the sofa and the next morning couldn't find what I had laid out because I was looking in my carry in bag. So I thought I just put them in the other bag and put on different clothes. When we arrived home, I called the motel. The person at the front desk the night before said he couldn't do anything about it to call back. Called back the next morning and had a very pleasant and accommodating girl that said she'd look and talk with housekeeping. She called back and said they were there! They were going to mail them to me. I thought awesome, what a difference from one person who would go above and beyond to find my clothes.

I received the box today. I pulled out my black pants and put them in the laundry bag, and a few minutes later my husband said you still have something else in the box. I said I do???? So when I looked in the box I almost cried. I had forgotten all about my T-shirt that I had laid out and to find that in the box was amazing because I didn't miss it until I saw it. It was a (sorry to say this on a Kansas Inn - no I'm really not) ;) Anyway it was my Green Bay Packers Jordy T-shirt. My favorite - so I would have noticed at some point, but I was extremely happy that they sent both items to me! The staff members that did this for me should be so acknowledged but I'm sorry I don't have their names.

Now to the comfortable beds. They were the best. Comfort, and a good night's sleep was amazing. All my requests were accommodated and it was a very good stay and easy to find off of US400. We would definitely stay there again.

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The coffee & breakfast were excellent. The staff was very friendly.

Fairly new, great location off of the Turnpike. No walk to restaurants nearby. Across the street from Costco.

Dry clean, hot tub!!! Easy check in.
