Shelter Insurance - Jeremy Stone

I have had Shelter Insurance for over 20 years because my agent and their staff have always been exemplary in customer service, responsiveness when I needed them, and guidance as my insurance needs changed.

Shelter has paid on claims in days, not weeks every single time. Anytime I have a question about any of my policies I know that answers and help are just a phone call away and I don't have to sit on hold or tell my life story to an IVR to get them!

Every time I call the office I have such a wonderful experience talking with Donna or Jeremy. I feel like we've worked together to shape the best policies for my family and quite frankly are the reason that I still use Shelter to this day for my auto and home. I couldn't recommend them any more highly if you're looking for an insurance agent that truly cares.
