Very happy with the service here. Had a fairly difficult repair on my wife’s Mercedes that was unexpected. They got it in the next day and were finished by noon! Bonus points for being about 25% cheaper than the dealer estimate.

Called on a Monday afternoon, dropped my car off at 7:30am on Tuesday morning, and picked it up by 3:45pm same day with the problem solved. Very fair price for the work done. This was my first car issue since moving to the STL area and I’ll definitely be coming back to this shop for all my future repairs

Joe was amazing! (That's also my dad's name btw) I read the reviews prior to calling and his attention to detail as well as responsiveness to reviews was one of the main reasons I trusted him with a diagnostic on my BMW. He was one of the cheapest options and cut me a break without me asking or begging for it. He was very thorough and explained to me what I was reading on the diagnostic sheet. Once I come up with the rest of the funds I will DEFINITELY be trusting Joe with any other concerns I may have in regards to my BMW. Which is already not a cheap car to fix. Thank you so much again Joe. You truly helped me in a tight spot. I'll recommend you to ANYONE who will listen! 👍🏼

I live a hour and half away for Columbia auto but I work not far away. I broke down in front of shop. They could fit me in on Friday so Joe o e of the owners came in on his day off and fixed my car. Not only did he fix the problem he checked everything out. Put air in tires, more fluid in it. Then on Sunday his day off again, he met at shop so I could get my car so I would have a way to get to work on Monday. They was so friendly and good to me!! There is no doubt that if I need repairs again I WILL be calling them!

I used Columbia Auto twice now and the owner and the other gentleman at the front were both times very upbeat, friendly and professional. I saw a mechanic interact with the owner and the young man was super respectful. To me that speaks of a great business culture and gave me a good vibe. I feel confident to use them in the future for all my auto needs!

I had a great experience at Columbia Auto Repair. Excellent customer service. I was expecting to drop my car off for the emissions test but they were able to do it right away. I really appreciated the convenience and will use them again.

I took my car to Columbia Auto Repair because my brake lights wouldn't go off. I thought it may need a brake switch but it I knew it was probably something electrical. They quickly diagnosed the problem, an animal had eaten the wires. They quoted me the most cost effective solution and my car was fixed by the afternoon. They have great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Columbia Auto Repair.

I called just about an hour before close on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me in for a safety and emissions test!! I never thought that would be possible but they did it and I am extremely grateful! They are the place to come for all auto needs

Very good customer service. I made an appointment for car inspections and dropped my car off at the shop (snow day). I located a Groupon and cut the bill by 34%. I was given a ride home (under 1 mile) and they also picked me up the next day.
A wonderful gentlemen cleaned the snow and ice off my car while it was warning up.

I have been a patron of Columbia Auto Repair for about 3 years, and their dedication to customer service is unlike any mechanic I've been to. They do fantastic work, and truly treat their customers like family.

When my vehicle wasn't ready by the anticipated time, a partial owner lent me his personal vehicle so I could get to work on time. On several other occasions, staff have given myself and my roommate rides home - without us asking for the help.

Wonderful experience! I had to bring my vehicle in for an emissions test, after several poor experiences with other shops. Columbia Auto Repair not only performed the work quickly, but was very friendly towards their customers. Will definitely be coming back down the road.

Great experience here. They were able to get me in on short notice and were quick and efficient. Be sure to pay attention to the price, they sometimes forget to add a coupon, but fix it immediately when it happens. They're not overly friendly, but not rude either, just efficient. Only downside is the awkward location, but I'll still likely be bringing my car here for future maintenance.

My husband and I use Columbia Auto for all of our vehicle needs. They are beyond friendly as well as fast and efficient. It's rare to find an establishment that does quality work and has excellent customer service. They treat you like family are always so accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend this shop!

Two women, 6 hrs from home, husband is having heart surgery.
The floor of the car is getting very wet. What do we do? Where is the water coming from? Is it safe to drive? Just by chance we found Columbia Auto Repair. So glad we did. The owner arranged a driver to take my friend to the hospital so she could be with her husband. Got the car into a bay quickly, analyzed and repaired the problem. We were so relieved to know there are wonderful caring people in St Louis.

The owner of this establishment was working behind the desk, something I admire. He was incredibly punctual, kind, knowledgeable and certainly went ABOVE and beyond when it came to my experience. From “fitting me in”, to exceeding my expectations on finishing my vehicle. To EVEN calling me a ride from one of his employees, so that I would not have to walk in the rain, to and from my home while waiting on my car to be serviced. This establishment is the kind of place you can put your trust in. No matter the price, I will continue to revisit this business for all my auto repair needs. I think you should too. They will take care of you.
