The photo department staff are some of the most kind & thoughtful people I have ever met! Thank you SO much for answering all my calls & questions about ordering a calendar gift last minute. The calendar turned out perfect & the staff helped ease all my worries. Thank you!

It’s a Walgreens. You know what it is/does. Unfortunately the only thing close to a convenience store in walking distance of nearby neighborhoods. But there it is, full of snacks and medicines and makeup. Staff there is a mix of nice and don’t give a toot, which is just fine.

The ladies that work at the pharmacy here are absolute sweethearts. More often than not you find grumpy folks who just want to clock out behind the pharmacy counter - but not here. They were all smiling, and brought a smile to my face as well.

The pharmacy hours here suck…. But it’s worth waiting til the next business day for their excellent customer service.

I like this Walgreens better than any other that iv been too, the Pharmacy always has what you need. The staff is very cordial and ready to help at any time.

Is your lucky number 5? If so, you're in luck! All you need to do is pull into the pharmacy drive through at any time of day and you are guaranteed to be the 5th car in line. Lucky enough to back out of line before a car is behind you to try your hand at going inside instead? Your lucky day! There are also 5 people in line inside and 5 people working the pharmacy

Had issues with my prescription at this location. It was denied at first but then my doctor sent in the approval prescription. Even told the lady on the phone when the prescription was sent in and still came up with nothing. Verified the address to make sure I called the right one and nothing. Then I was told by my doctors office to give them the date and time it was sent in and when I called back. The phone was picked up twice and I was placed back on hold each time and ended up being placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Didn't speak to anyone the second time.

It takes at least 10 mins to pick up any prescription. There’s no reason why it needs to take 20+ mins just to pick up a prescription. Get some more pharmacy techs. They also call you teling you they’ll put away your prescription unless you come pick it up. Of course, you have to have an hour of time to drive there, get your stuff and drive home.

This store is neat and clean but for the only two times that I have been here I've noticed that staff are very nonchalant. I will now pass up this location to go to the one on S. Kingshighway and Chippewa even though this location is closer to me. I wish I could've had a better experience because I usually have really good experiences when I shop at other Walgreens.

This branch upgraded to their current location several years ago. At the time I saw it as a plus. Now I wonder if it will make it through Walgreens declining business model. The service here is absolutely terrible. Place seems to either be understaffed or poorly managed or both. Waited 15 minutes at the pharmacy and not one employee addressed me or the other customers. Not even to acknowledge we were there or to indicate why there was a delay in helping customers. Disappointing and extremely unfortunate. I will have to take my business to CVS or a pharmacy outside the city.

Numerous bad experience, only reason why I go back is because it's the closet. Received an automated call that a prescription was not ready, due to insurance reasons. Tried calling back to speak to someone about it, and waited on hold for 1 hour 11 minutes and 29 second. During that time, I got in my car, drove to the drive through pharmacy's, was acknowledge by an employee who told me my prescription was not ready. She then disappeared for a little bit and came back with a white bag, assuming she had filled the prescription, I then hung up the phone. You can't get through to anyone, not even sure why they have a phone system at all. I had ordered from the photo department as well, received confirmation that the item would be available and even delivered on a certain date. When I provided the confirmation e-mail, it wasn't good enough and item was not located for days later (after the party I needed them for, had come and gone). I will be driving out of my way to go to a different location.

Lisa, the Pharmacist at this location on 10/29/23 at approximately 1:45 pm lacks the language skills and temperament to have an explanatory conversation rather than an argumentative confrontation. Additionally, her staff is remarkably apathetic and rude to the point where there is an obvious willful determination to do the bare minimum to assist patients/customers.

My review is of the store, not the employees.

The employees are kind and helpful, they are doing the best they can. This pharmacy is CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. I’m working on taking my business elsewhere, but please get these people some more labor. Every time I try to get my prescription I make sure I give myself at least a half an hour to pick up my prescription. Shouldn’t be like that

Worst place in the world. Pharmacy is complete trash. Extremely unhelpful, extremely rude. I called to check on a prescription and was on hold for over 2 hours and 15 minutes and was hung up on multiple times. Everyone here should be fired. Completely terrible. I never want to use any Walgreens again.

Sadly, a Well-earned terrible reputation. An hour after my scheduled appointment time, I was told that they wouldn't vaccinate my son (after their system and paperwork said they would) and would not take my insurance - again, an hour after an appointment scheduled online in which all the information was disclosed ahead of time. They would take cash, they said... then disappeared for another 15 min... Only to appear with paperwork... and no time frame

I never leave reviews, but my experience with this specific Walgreens Pharmacy has been alarming. I want to first say that all of the techs have been lovely and helpful; I think they are really trying their best with a lot going on! The pharmacist, however, has actively stood in the way of getting a medication that I need. I won’t publicly divulge the specifics for my own privacy, but a different pharmacist was immediately able and willing (happy, even!) to figure the situation out (and did so in less than 10 minutes). Between these two interactions, it is very clear that the pharmacist at the 2315 Kingshighway location does not prioritize patient wellbeing. Doing so in this case required very little time and effort, yet she was unwilling to even read the information provided by the distributer (which I found and presented). I understand that pharmacists often have stressful jobs and a lot to manage, but patients should not have to pay the price for that.

I’m post-op day one. I just Sat on the phone for 2 hours only for pharmacy to pick up and then immediately hang up. I called back to their system being off for their lunch break. I’m going on hour 8 with no pain meds because there is a delay and I can’t get ahold of anyone to try and rectify.
