I am so glad picking FCI to install runner on my basement stairs. Had the initial consultation with Amy and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what kind of runner we want and gave us several recommendation. After the consultation, she checked the quote again to make sure it is accurate and found that the computer program overly estimated the materials needed. She adjusted the quote and was able save us some money! Rex is the project manager and he is responsive to my call/text regarding the installation schedule. Forgot the name of the installer but they did an amazing job. They made sure the runner was installed perfectly down to the smallest details. They cleaned up the work area after they completed and then Rex stopped by to check the final result. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of flooring installed.

Amy and Rex provided an informed and effortless way for my wife and I to upgrade our dining room flooring. They were knowledgeable and responsive and have amazing installers. We couldn’t be happier with the look and quality of our new floor. It was way easier and faster having recommendations and samples brought by them in our house vs driving back and forth to the store while guessing what it would look like. Their installers did a great job integrating our existing trim, carpet, and hardwoood floors. We will for sure use them in our next flooring renovation.

From the very first call setting up the initial appointment up to the completion of the install, the whole process was wonderful. Keith was able to help me find the perfect carpet to suit my needs, and the husband/wife team of Amy and Rex were with me during the installation. The installation team they used were experts, and were even able to take care of my stairs the same day.
