Always know I'm not getting hosed. He tells me if something I think I need is more than is necessary. He even told me I didn't need someone else to replace my broken door window. Told me I could learn it from YouTube and I did. My favorite parts place recommended HM to me.

This place is a step above the rest; SO friendly! SO fair! They do great work

I've been taking various vehicles to Howard Hall for some 30 years. The most important thing is that I trust Howard not to take advantage of me. He does what needs to be done. Because of his considerable experience and expertise, he has been an ace at figuring out difficult problems. Also, as a woman, he is very respectful of my wishes, and talks to me about the various problems and what he has seen in other cases. Over the years, I've learned a lot from him.

The first reason why they took my Sentra in was because I needed a new battery. After they replaced it they found out I needed new rear brakes. Both the battery and rear brakes were put in well and have done well since. They took more time than most car repair businesses because they inspected and repaired my Sentra with higher quality.

Their business is off the beaten path but it's well worth it to find them when your car's in need of repair.
