Farmers Insurance - Dawn Johnson

Dawn is absolutely amazing! She has helped tremendously with our business insurance and educated us on what we need and WHY we need it. Insurance is not my most favorite thing in the world, but Dawn made it easy to understand and communicated the importance of our coverage. I highly, highly, highly recommend Dawn for all your insurance needs!

The personal care and interest of Dawn’s agency is an anomaly in my opinion. It’s very hard to find customer service of this magnitude in today’s times. Dawn surrounds herself with like minded people to provide personally felt service that is hard to beat. I will reference people to Dawn’s agency when ever possible due to what she and Chris does. Dawn is such a good agent. She truly wants the best for her clients. She is very thorough and explains everything so that you understand your insurance coverage. She looks for gaps and helps make sure you are completely covered for anything that could happen.

By far the best insurance agent I have ever had. Every storm I get a message checking on building. She is always proactive in reviewing my coverage. We recently had a terrible fire which destroyed one of my apartment buildings. She answered my call to her cell at 6am. And was there at 11am to help with what I needed for the fire. The adjuster was great and they had my claimed processed in a week and a half. She was not only supportive in regards to my insurance but emotionally supportive after the fire. A great agent all the way around.
