The Haven at Shoal Creek

My 6 years living at the Haven was wonderful. The staff was great and always friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I lived in these apartments for two years and just moved out last month. We were surprised to see so many negative reviews as we didn't have that experience at all. We honestly didn't see staff or management that much simply because we didn't have many issues while we lived there. Anytime we did have an issue, it was taken care of swiftly once we put in a request. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything in Liberty, the gym, and the in apartment amenities. We also got our deposit back fairly quickly.

Special shout out to Andrew, who helped us move in and move out.

My husband and I moved here in April with our 3 year old son. We were a little hesitant after reading a few bad reviews on the website. We've lived here a month now, and I can honestly say its been wonderful. The staff has been very polite and fast to respond to any needs we've had.

We've also meet several of our neighbors, ranging all ages and races. Everyone has been SUPER nice.

The apartment complex is kept very clean, its modern and very new. The salt water pool, hot tub and bbq area with fire pits and flat screens is amazing! So much fun hanging out and meeting neighbors. Seriously we feel like we are on vacation every day.

Anyway, I wanted to write this, because our experience has been outstanding. Just a great place to live.

This apartment deserves praise considering that they have to deal with a wide variety of people and try to uphold a standard that everyone expects from the price. My personal experience has been exceptional over these two years. Has it been perfect? No, and I don’t expect it to be. I have followed the rules,(which are in place to cater to everyone’s benefit), and have had no major conflicts so far. The apartment I have is right in the center and my neighbors have been very considerate which I appreciate very much. The amenities are great and I actually signed an extra 6 months. I’m glad to call this my haven!

When we moved here, we planned to be here for a year. Now we are beginning our third year here. This place has given us the best reason ever not to move on: an amazing floor plan, superb amenities and great neighbors . . . for a very reasonable price. The Haven is more than an apartment complex; it's a community that feels like a resort.

We've lived here for a year and haven't had any major concerns. Love the gym, clubhouse, kids playground (wish it was a little bigger!), pool, EV chargers, and google fiber. Neighbors and staff are friendly and our few maintenance issues were taken care of promptly.

It’s a nice apartment complex. The amenities are great, the pool is very nice and includes a fire pit with a large flatscreen tv and BBQing area, and the community is surrounded with very nice people. The apartments themselves are very nice and are what you would classify as a luxury apartment.

All members of the staff,Ashley,Morgan,Steve,Caleb,Jim,and Andrew do an awesome job of trying to make all things right and enjoyable at what I call my home The Haven at Shoal Creek. They all should be recognized the way they go about their jobs and strive for happiness to their occupants. I appreciate you all,Randy

The leasing agent, Andrew, has been very wonderful & very helpful to my mother and I with the process of moving in. He was awesome during the tour he gave us and has been very thoughtful with the process. Andrew is the guy to go to!
