I read some pretty negative comments about the employees not being attentive and how the tall blonde lady is mean and rude. That my friends is a fallacy. I had an exchange today and after reading all the reviews I was expecting some pushback, but that mean tall blonde.. yeah, nice as can be and totally understanding with my complaints. Great customer service. I bought 10 cowboy hats to send as a gift to Nepal. After sending it we found out 5 of the hats were a little bigger. I called the customer service and they said they can refund it even though it was a couple months over the return date. Really happy with the store, staff and customer service.

I have been looking for the perfect pair of boots for weeks! I decided to check out boot barn and got the best customer service from Riley. She was kind and patient and helped me find what I was looking for. Will absolutely be coming back for the customer service.

The store was well cleaned and organized. The partner, Bethany , was so very pleasant and went out of her way to take care of my husband and I situation. She went above and beyond, even apologizing for the inconvenience of their hat, Steam Machine, and for not communicating with is in letting us know that the part still wasn't in, which clearly wasn't her fault. Thanks, Bethany, for your pleasant attitude and outstanding customer service.

Was first shocked by the high prices. But they do offer price matching And some other savings with rewards card. Feel like I made some good deals here. Almost two years out of these hard working ariat boots. Very clean store. Great selection. Very helpful staff.

Came in here looking for a specific work boot. Couldn't find what I was looking for. So staff help me pick out some other boots. They didn't have the size I needed.. So ordered it and shipped to my house. Great staff!!

Honestly shocked at the customer service! They were So helpful after I got boots that didn't work well for me & set me up with info on others! Will absolutely return & they have so many great items, I kinda want the whole store :-D

My little brother and I came in to get new work boots. Neither of us have ever been here but we were immediately welcomed by the awesome staff.
The woman at the register I believe her name was Amanda, she was very kind and very helpful. Thank you guys for the great experience.

First time as a black guy going to Boot barn
Oh my god, glad I went.
I've been wanting to buy my first set of Cowboy boots....in which I did. Stephen help me and was patient enough to explain to me about several style of boots. The other guy and lady also helped me out as i purchased the boots. Very Awesome team in liberty.
Bought the boots and im getting them stretched in the ankle area. Will pick them up on Sunday or Monday when they call me.
Just a great experience and felt good being there. I was even offered a pair of tickets to go to The American Royal for free. But said no as I wasn't feeling to well Sinus/Allergies stuffy head and coughing.

They great selection of western style clothing. Bought my last to bottles of cologne there. Little pricy but I still love going in there. Staff is very helpful an friendly.
