I had to return an item to target in Liberty MO and the staff was very quick and kind. I had the receipt but I did not have the original payment card. But that was not a problem at all. Return went very smoothly. It’s nice knowing that if I do purchase something that doesn’t actually work out, Target does make returns an easy process. I will definitely continue to shop here. Thank you!!!

This target is always helpful and attentive. Friendly staff, even the young teens who bring out the pick up orders. I've never had a bad experience at this target and I'm a frequent shopper here.

Justice (the girl with the short blonde hair and blue eyes) working in the target Starbucks gave me the best customer service anyone could ask for. She is your best worker. Truly appreciate her!

Visiting from Minnesota and I absolutely loved this Target! Employees were super helpful! The gentleman that helped me check out was kind and pleasant! And… excellent variety of Black hair car products! Yaaasss!!

I've been to this target many times. I haven't ever had a problem. The staff have always been helpful and kind and courteous and very professional. When you know where all the departments are, things are easy to locate and the store is generally fairly clean and they have a wide selection of items. This target is larger than others.

The staff is super friendly when I asked about the address to be able to use the target app for getting g the discount code. The app is perfect to find your around the aisle items. The staff I talked to are sociable we have a good conversation. Keep up the good customer service. We did self check-out and the staff gave my son a surf dog target sticker.

Definitely worth going early beating family and crowds. Nice to see a well stocked store and the new items available. Wild Fable is a nice addition in store!

2 days after Christmas and I was returning an item and didn't have a receipt. I had purchased the item but wasn't sure which card I had used. The employee was patient and kind as we worked through the return. Very polite and professional.

Ive always loved this target. So clean and organized. I am especially thankful and really appreciate Target after this last trip! I used self checkout and pulled out $40. I walked off and forgot to grab it. About 1.5hours later Im sitting at work and it dawned on me that I didnt grab the money! I called them and thankfully one of the workers saw it and turned it in! The ladies at customer service kept it safe for me as well. Very honest workers! They were all so kind as well. Thankyou Target!

Amazing customer service! Connie was very friendly and helpful at checkout. She showed me how to use the very Nice Target App, which is wonderful! And I appreciated her assistance and patience, considering I'm not very technology savvy. We also appreciated Connie's incredibly positive attitude... She is Amazing!!!

I used the drive-up feature at Target for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with how smooth everything went. I ordered in the app and headed to the store when my order was ready. Absolutely no contact. Just hold my phone up to the window for the associate to view my confirmation number and she loaded my order in the trunk. Super easy. Super safe. I would highly recommend it during the pandemic.

I experienced some technological difficulties while using the self checkout kiosk and the entire staff I encountered was extremely persistent and kind while they processed through my request! I also observed another customer make a complaint to the floor manager and she handled it with perfect professionalism and kindness! Very impressed with the ability of the crew to problem solve and truly serve their customers!

The staff makes this store for me. I always see staff members working and helping each other out. The checkout experience is always pleasant too. We had Grey today and he is an asset to this store. We enjoy visiting with him and appreciate his hard work. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

At my age (61), majority of youth between late teens and early 20's are only working for the money and NOT customer service! Target hires crews that were raised right! Associates were very mindful to all our inquiries!
