The staff at Crossroads loves animals and Dr. Dooms cares about giving the best care possible. They’ve done a great job of fitting me in when I’ve had something unexpected happen with my pets. I appreciate the care they have provided to our family’s pets through the last several years.

I've only been coming here for a few months, and each time I go I'm instantly greeted. Everyone there is easy to talk to. They are all friendly. The checking in and checking out is for easy. Pricing is affordable. I would highly recommend this vet. My puppy loves going there and meeting everyone!

I have a neurotic Aussie and every person here was fabulous! The vet got on the floor with her and took her time with her instead of restraint.

I've been taking my pets here for years. I always get good service. When I bring my three cats in all at one time, they help me carry them in. Clean space, professional attitudes.

Just moved to Republic and had a pet with non-threatening health issue but needed to be seen quickly. Crossroad Animal Clinic worked her in same day. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions. Veterinarian, Dr. Jovana was very thorough, has wonderful listening skills, she understood the issues, was very compassionate, and personable. I highly recommend the clinic.

The staff was amazing. First time visit. I had to bring a dog to be seen who had been attacked by another dog. It was not a pretty sight, I was in shock and the injured dog was in shock.
There was no advertising of emergency care or anything of that nature.... I was not a customer of theirs and they didn't know me.
However they took care of the injured dog with love and expertise. They provided good quality care in a situation where they could have turned me away.

Great staff and great services. They really care about the animals. A++

Because I have two big babies dog for protection they are always helping me with handling my babies especially at nail cutting times. They are so awesome ❤❤❤❤

What amazing people and staff! I showed up without an appointment to have our 16 year old dog put to sleep. The whole staff was super kind and accommodating.

They give their all day in and day out! Much appreciated! My cat is very scared around people outside our house hold... the Dr. took her time and made sure the experience wasn't traumatic. Couldn't ask for a better Animal Clinic!

I was very pleased with the level of care and service provided which was in stark contrast to my previous experience at a different animal clinic. The Crossroads staff seemed genuinely concerned with my pet and my impression was that they would do everything they could to ensure a good outcome.

I was further impressed when I called the next day. The phone was answered promptly and I spoke directly with the doctor who was very caring and asked about my cat's condition. This has never happened to me before. I am so very impressed with this clinic. Thank you all for an outstanding experience. I'm so glad I found you. I wish I had found you sooner.

Quick help to get cat spayed and chipped. Receptionist listened to my needs, concerns and addressed procedures and cost. Use for all my pets.
