AT&T Store

Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable. I feel really cared for here. 😊 Brenden was able to get me some beats fit pros and a jbl speaker for just sales tax out the door. He's awesome.

The manager and his entire crew, including the two new hires, helped with resolving the account that target messed up at start up. The target representative gave all miss information and lies. The entire REPUBLIC store, not only saved me from canceling because I was upset, they were able to get all phones working with no issues, including getting my phone number ported from cricket. After the target representative told me I would not be able to get my number. Even though it did take a total of 3 1/2 hours to get completed they all worked very hard to get it situated. They were all very professional, honest, and nice not only to me, but all customers that walked in the store that day.

Bradlee was awesome! He helped me with my daughter's phone and saved the day! Thank you Bradlee!!!

Have an appointment tomorrow. So far they have texted me 4 times to confirm appointment. We will see what happens. No sure who said it but. I've got high hope's!!

They're doing very well having little employees there. They are very patient and helpful and will go above and beyond to get you what you need.

We went in to upgrade our phones and were extremely satisfied with service and knowledge provided by the manager.

Amazing customer service. I was in and out in 45mins with a new iPhone, the latest AirPods, and upgraded internet (and I’m not spending that much more a month!). The manager (I want to say Brendan?) was fun, kind, and patient. I didn’t feel pressured into anything I didn’t want. I had a few questions about my new phone when I got home and called the store three times. Cole (maybe. He was the closer) was patient and kind.

Then, the next day the service tech came out to install my new internet. (Didn’t catch his name but he said he follows our restaurant on Facebook.) He dealt with my loud dogs the whole time and didn’t complain. He was on time and quick.

Overall, a great experience at the Republic location. So glad I have updated everything before maternity leave.

Wonderful experience and excellent customer service!

I went in yesterday evening and although they were busy they acknowledged my arrival. I looked around and waited. Once of the 2 gentlemen working were able to work with me it was super easy and he was very friendly. I worked with Kyle, his customer service was amazing!!! Keep up the great work there. The store and parking lot were clean too. That's always a plus. Anyway, once he was free to work with what I needed, it was quick and he took the time to explain things, with out making feel like I was annoying him. Thanks guys!!!

Nolan and team was excellent with helping me today. I had to transfer my old phone to a new phone and Nolan was a huge help. He also helped me set up my company profile and settings for my company phone. Many thanks to the team at Republic!

I came in store to upgrade mine and my husbands phone and there were two nice guys helping us out in store, the manager Joey and Steve. They were really helpful and I definitely recommend going to see them!

I realize the covid virus has our shopping spaces quite scarce of people, but the guy that helped me out, seemed genuinely helpful and patient with me. He was never pushy. He found a good way for me to get a $40 lower bill and get me a good new phone. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with AT&T in store reps in the past so I tend to stay far away from AT&T stores. Against my better judgment I decided to stop by the AT&T Republic store because there didn’t appear to be a long wait time. Boy am I glad I did!! When I walked in I was instantly greeted with a warm smile by a young man named, Dustyn Gray. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make me feel welcomed. Anytime I had a question he was always willing to help out. Best of all I didn’t feel pressured or rushed which was the complete opposite of my previous in store experiences. He just recommended things that ultimately relied on my decision. I will definitely be back and will be sure to ask for Dustyn.

Came to this location due to the high traffic in Springfield, MO. I was HAPPY that I did. My wife and I pre ordered the Note 10 and could not be happier with the customer service! Kyle helped us the first day. He was awesome and helped us with all our needs! Dustyn helped us once we received our phones! He got then activated and helped us find cases!

We highly recommend this store to anyone trying to beat the Springfield traffic! They have wonderful customer service representatives as well!

I have dealt with ATT stores around the country and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and customer care at this Republic location. We worked with Dustyn and he really took care of us. So much so that we brought my mom in the next week to get her a phone also. They take their time and make sure you are completely set up and ready to have an awesome new phone when you get out the door. Thank you.
