Love, love this place! Some items can be pricey, but when they start marking down prices, heck yah! Staff is friendly and most will tell you how you really look in something. Not just "You look great in that shirt 2 sizes too small", just to make a sale! I'm a regular customer!

Cato always has good, quality clothing. Their prices are just right. The staff are always nice and helpful. The store is very clean.

Absolutely love the customer service here. Never have to search for someone who works there seek fashionable advice or knowledge of merchandise. I have several pairs of boots, sunglasses, purses , wallets, scarfs, and belts and this is my first destination if I find my self searching for one of these items to stop at on my shopping sprees, because I can always rest assured I'm sure to find something to add to my wardrobe at a reasonable price. Items I have purchased especially purses and wallets have an exceptional quality for the low prices.

What i love most about Catos is that they have clothes that make me look like an adult while still feeling like I'm young. The colors and styles are vibrant and unique, the staff is perfectly happy to give customer service of a kind you didn't know you needed until they offered. The prices are spot on and their clearance racks always have a hidden gem for everyone in them. I don't know where they trained to treat people as they do and display fashions so beautifully but more stores could take a lesson from Catos. Covid or plague, I see this chain going the distance!
