Jim Miles Garage

I had used this repair shop last summer for an inspection and they were able to work me right in. I had a situation this week where car wouldnt run and had my car towed here for service, since close to where I live. I highly recommend Jim Miles Auto Repair. They worked me in right away and the staff very courteous and went the extra mile for me! I will use again should a situation occur.

Nine years ago I was asking around trying to find an honest garage, Miles was recommended by THREE different people. Tried it out and we've been using them ever since. Friendly, very knowledgeable, quick, honest, and their prices are so reasonable. Once they even suggested trying a very cheap fix instead of one that was 10x more expensive and the cheap fix took care of the problem perfectly. I highly recommend them, and I rarely feel comfortable recommending anyone.

The management and staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They do an incredible job diagnosing, inspecting and researching your car. They are remarkably transparent about their inspections, diagnosis, executing the job, and reviewing the car after the job.

This place is great, glad I found something reliable close to home. I had been going to auto tire and well...you can read my review of them. Which compelled me to leave a good review for this place. First time I went here I got the total price over the phone, when I got there the tech had left something off accidentally and they wouldn't let me pay the difference, what shop does that now adays. Always very friendly and they do not try to rip you off. They even recommend I may be able to get a few parts cheaper on my own and they would install them...again what shop does that now adays. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

Honest, trustworthy and upfront. I have a modified wheelchair van and their systems can be different and Jim and company have experience dealing with them and take the time to understand them. Recently the AC went out on my van. They told us they could modify a part and the repair would be about $100 or the could order the actual part and it would be about $400. Needless to say we were happy to wait a little longer and have them modify the part. More recently my van needed a muffler repair. Jim told me that because of the modifications to my van it would be better for us to take us to take it to one of the muffler shops because they would have to custom make the pipes. I value honesty.

My next door neighbor had a fuel pump put in there and was very happy with the work so I had my next scheduled oil change done there. Very clean shop, very professional, Family atmosphere and a real mechanic did the work not some wet behind the ears high school kid at a quick lube place. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very good service and reasonably priced. They even drove me to work so they could have my car for the day. It only took them a couple of hours and I had my car back in no time. I will be doing business with Jim Miles Garage again.

Great customer service very honest people they have the cheapest labor rates per hour around, a piece broke off of the heater core on my 2002 silverado they could have easily took advantage and replaced the part and it would of been a 500 or 600$ dollar repair in labor cost alone they found a way to repair it only costing me 180$ thank you Jim i will recommend as many people as i can to you guys!
