Gentle Dental Valley River

Dr. Cooper is great, and the staff is just as good. Copper explains things really well and doesn't make you feel bad. He is patient and positive. The staff is ultra helpful and polite.
I read a lot of reviews when deciding on my youngest boys ortho doc and I don't understand the negative reviews. This office and Dr. Do not deserve them.
They are exceptional and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone is friendly. They never leave me waiting very long. I had Cheri as my hygienist, and she was very kind, friendly, and definitely gentle. She took the time to answer any questions and explain things to me. I look forward to my next visit :)

I had another great cleaning with my hygienist, Cheri! She always makes me feel so welcome, comfortable, and calm. Going to these appointments have been scary for me in the past. She is such a caring, compassionate hygienist. I no longer fear going to my cleanings. My teeth are extremely clean. Thank you Cheri for taking such good care of me and my teeth!!

Always friendly, caring, professional staff looking out for my comfort. Dr Wu had some suggestions for follow up work but was thorough in explanation, details and cost. My hygienist is wonderful!

Everyone was knowledgeable, quite nice and efficient. Doc explained things simply and easy to understand. Susi was a great hygienist. I feel like I'm in capable hands.

My teeth cleaning lady was excellent. She was thorough and got me going. She had a great personality too! I am going back to her in 6 months again!

I highly recommend this dentist office. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere claiming. Most important Dr. Vu is very gentle, patient and extremely good with every aspect of his profession.

My hygienist, Susi, was the best. She was very thorough. She reviewed my medical history before she began, told me what she was going to do before she did it (like rinsing with water) and was very personable.

My experience at Gentle Dental is so awesome! Albert is always kind, gentle & caring at every visit. He is the best at what he does! He recently took such good care of me on a situation that he handled and I had tears! They were good tears of gratitude and appreciation. The practitioners + support staff are skilled, knowledgeable, + patient. The front room staff are consistently over the top for problem solving service :-)

I started going to Gentle Dental on Valley River Way, in Eugene, because my long time dentist retired. That was a few years ago.
Now I see Dr.Vu and he does very good work, not only expeditiously, but he has a truly gentle touch.
Also, staff there are all very kind and seem content and always seem to have a smile and good attitude.

Had a cleaning today from one of their Hygienists named Cheri, Who did a fantastic job, I was somewhat grumpy and out of it from a long week and was not the ideal patient but she was calm, reassuring, and kind. 5/5 would recommend her work any day.

Had my new patient exam and cleaning done recently. Sally was superb on taking my X-rays and making them as comfortable as possible. Dr. Vu was kind yet thorough in letting me know my options for treatment. Susi was my hygienist and she was very gentle during my entire cleaning. Huge shoutout to the staff at Gentle Dental Valley River.
