This has been my go-to shop calendar shop for a couple of years now. They always have my favorite Marvel comic calendars along with other popular themes such as games, comics, animals, and sports. Great place to shop for next year's calendar.

Buy Toys For Christmas

I came in looking for gifts for my nephews birthday this month, I left empty handed as there we're literally no employees in the store, and merchandise was not priced clearly on items I wanted to purchase if I could even find a cashier. I did like their selection of board games and puzzles though. Not sure if I will be back to this location again.

Love their selection, however 90% of the toys do not have prices on them. Great tactic to get young kids hooked into thinking you are going to buy the toy since you have to take it up to the counter to ask the price. That said, don't be shocked when you ask and find out items are extremely over-priced. A toy my daughter asked me to get her at this store was $21.99. I told her no, took her to Target and found the same exact toy for $14.99.

Absolutely the worst customer service, no greeting and didn't thank you. She was the only person running the calendar kiosk in front of the store and the store, all she did was complain about the owners. Lost my future business.

Can't rate the customer service because there was none. Heck, the other people that came in thought I worked there! Barely, and I mean barely a timid nod for a greeting. And get this, I caught her actually playing video games on her screen instead of watching the store. No, "Can I help you?" When she noticed I caught on to her she nervously started fumbling about acting as if she was working. Did not greet others in the store. In fact she looked like she couldn't wait for us to leave. Go to FYE. Better prices, friendly, fun and they actually say HELLO

worst customer service experience ! i purchased a 120$ item and it was broken when i opened the box. i called repeatedly for 2 hours and EVERYTIME the Phone was answered then hung up...... I CALLED ON 1/5 FROM 1PM TO 4PM AT THE EUGENE VALLY RIVER MALL LOCATION WHO EVER WAS ON THAT SHIFT SHOULD BE FIRED !!!!!! FYI IF YOU CALL THE NUMBER GOOGLE GIVES IT SAYS OUT OF SERVICE SO I HAD TO LOOK IT UP ON THE WEB
