I always enjoy shopping at JC Penny. The employees greet you with a friendly smile , have excellent customer service skills, and are ready to answer any questions you might have , and or assist you in anyway. The after Christmas clearance sales are too good to pass up! With good quality clothes for the whole family, having a variety to choose from. You can't beat Penny's great clearance prices! I Highly recommend coming down and taking advantage of these great deals before they're gone!

You can find some great deals at this location. They have a large kids section upstairs, and they’ve always been my go-to for formal wear, however they have some great casual clothing as well. Watch for pink tag clearance sales! I got a pair of pants and a pair of shorts for TEN BUCKS today because all pink tag clearance is currently buy one get one free!

After buying many cheap watches over the years from walmart, I finally purchased a good quality watch that will last a long time. Excellent customer service by Assoc: 0456, unfortunately don't know her name. She mentioned sales and the protection plan but not in a pushy way. The interaction made me feel my purchase was a good decision, and I will continue business with the jewelry department in the future.

The Black Friday sale in the Jewelry Dept. was fantastic. We bought Christmas gifts for three granddaughters!

One of my favorite aces to shop as long as I am looking for clearance items. I just can't see myself paying that full price for anything anymore.

I was an employee at the JCPenney Springfield Illinois store for several years. Their State Fair float entry happened in 1972. It was very colorful. I enjoyed the customers and management.A wonderful place to work. It was my idea. I worked in the camera department. I am the guy. We won the Governor's trophy.

I really love this location, had almost every size I needed and great selection.

Loved shopping here, got my daughter's wedding shoes here and both granddaughters/flower girls, their shoes here as well. Excellent quality and great prices....was pleasantly surprised.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience here recently. I found dresses for a few professional purposes and an upcoming vacation. Good selection and the sales were great.

A lot of stuff in this store is really cute, but also can be a little expensive. I bought the most adorable sweater there today that was originally 80 dollars (it was on sale for 56, though), and it was one of the cheaper items I saw. If you have the budget though, it's great.
The employees are super amazing. One of them (I didn't see his name, but I wish I did. He has really dark hair and was pretty pale, though) helped me and my friends with finding the right size of sweater and it was a whole ordeal. He was honestly probably the nicest worker at the mall or really in any store ever. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. You're literally the nicest person ever and I hope you have the most amazing life ever. You made my year. <3

Great customer service, prices and selection.

I miss JC Penney in the Skagit Valley. I can always find something to buy. I always like browsing through the store.

Nice goods for reasonable prices..Even after black Friday, it's good to make a deal in there.

The place was immaculate the people working there were amazing. A guy named Tomas was so helpful so respectful and made me feel so welcome In your store. I'd you don't give that man a raise I personally will come in and hire him at my chain of stores thank you.

Bought blanket for a Christmas gift. Great price and quality. The store was pleasant to be in. It had been years since I had shopped here. I will come back to have a look. Employees were pleasant. The store was clean and the atmosphere pleasant. I'll update review as needed.
