American Eagle Store

I came in and was surprised with how nice their displays are, and very clean. I was disappointed I quickly found the size of jeans I was looking for in the perfect style, at a great price.

Came in to return pants but I had already started the return process online. The manager came up to let me know that they wouldnt be able to do that. Although I couldnt get done what I needed, the entire staff was so nice and apologetic. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Best mid-pandemic shopping experience. There was a staff member waiting at the doors to give everyone instructions + information for how things worked inside. Two big industrial air purifiers were pumping out the cleanest air in town at the moment. Dressing rooms were open so I could actually try on jeans unlike shopping online hallelujah. Literally every staff member I interacted with was so friendly, and seemed really happy to be there. Plus my jeans were buy 1 get 1 half off? I'd give 100 stars if I could.

I have to say that although I ordered some jeans online and had some size issues (ordered regular length and had them arrive near extra long length), the exchange process was awesome and all the ladies here were super helpful. Had to exchange my regular length jeans for short length and they ended up being too short, so I had to re-exchange them again and they could not have been more helpful! More than willing to spend as much time as it took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!!!

If your children have grown out of children's place clothing, and you feel like tearing your hair out, you might be experiencing the teen years. We love AE clothing as much as their peers do. It's well made for the price, and the styles vary enough for plenty of tastes.

Veronica was a wonderful cashier/associate!!! Kindness can go a long way (in just about every situation) and really matters. She was super nice and helped me with a confusing return/purchase. I have had really bad experiences at Valley River Center AE store in the past. AE needs more Veronica's or have her train other AE employees. She made me decide to return to the store after i was considering not coming back because of a prior bad experience at this store.
