Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. They were very kind while working with me on my insurance policy issues and once I get those solved, I’m looking forward to continuing my care there. If I had any complaint at all, it’s the x-ray implements are not very comfortable and caused my gums a lot of pain. I do have a small mouth though. I just would think this day and age they would have a way those implements wouldn’t hurt as bad and fit as awkwardly in mouths or maybe have smaller sizes for smaller mouths. It wasn’t the technicians fault at all though, she was great and very patient with me and very kind. Overall wonderful experience.

The entire office were professional and informative. The dentist was very detailed and encouraged me to go back to my dentist in Mexico in order to get the same color crowns. Thank you for your compliment visit.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15+ years, so I was a bit nervous. Aspen didn’t make me feel bad about it. They were professional and as efficient as could be expected given all the “new patient” things we had to do. I’ll be a repeat patient, for sure.

I'd like to start out by saying that I do not have health insurance. I've had a bad dentist visit in the past as well but the staff here made me feel so good! They were all very nice and informative and really cared about my comfort level and even my pronouns. This is a really great dentist office and I'm really proud of all the women who work there. Everyone deserves to feel human, and they'll make you feel like family.

True professionals from the front door all the way to the hygienists’ chairs and the business office. You can tell how much they care about their patients’ health — and not just dental. I never enjoyed going to the dentist, but I love coming here!

The staff is awesome. Even they we're super busy, they still help me(🚶‍♀) my pain. Im so very thankful. The doc n her assistant who help me talked me out of my scareness, you guys are the best. Thank you aspen family, I'm glad I came in today.

I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to even walking in the door of a dentist office. The people at aspen dental in Eugene, OR were so kind and caring when I went in there. Even going so far as to asking if it was ok to show me my X-rays before putting them up. I truly appreciate everyone that I spoke with. Thank you!

I went to aspen dental last tues had x rays consultation return today may 28th had 8 upper teeth remove temporary upper denture put in the staff all the staff from front desk to dentist ans assistance were all so nice I had great care and I'd recommend them to anybody 👍 😀 they are great thanks to all mike harris ps Eugene oregon

My experience was excellent. The root canal dentist was kind and knowledgeable. Plus the administrative staff was kind and professional. My exam and procedures were explained to me carefully.

I had a hygiene appt first and Jennie is wonderful. She has a light touch, and an appt I use to dread is now over in a snap, without pain. My teeth and gums feel great.

Then a tech fit my partial. She was having a little difficulty, so she admitted it and got the doctor. She didn't put me thru needless pain while she tried to solve the problem. The doctor came in, got it fitted, and I was all done. Everyone involved did their job warmly, kindly. And professionally. I recommend Aspen Dental.

Had a horrible experience while I was there it's taking me 10 years to try to get in to see a dentist I had a traumatic experience as a child with my teeth and I have high functioning autism you can't tell that I have autism but I do everyone was super nice and encouraging until I asked a question about fluoride with the gentleman that cleans the teeth and does all the cleaning and he told me in a very rude and demoralizing way but I should change my perspective cuz we disagreed on something and was extremely rude and mean in front of another colleague of his and I have another appointment coming up this Friday on the 17th and I am just worried sick of having to come in there and deal with this every night since I've been so embarrassed about what happened and I don't know what to do

They are always so kind. They go out of their way to make a treatment plan that works for you and your finances. As well as being completely transparent and comparable in price for all of their procedures. Thank you Aspen Dental!

My biggest fear is the dentist and have avoided them for over 10 years and having decaying teeth I went for surgery to remove them I was in for a appointment the same day as well as accepted dentures the same day and surgery appointment in two weeks thanks to how friendly the staff is and thanks to Francis and all the surgeons if they weren't so friendly I would have not came back and now after the surgery I have lost 12 pounds I have alot more energy I've stoped vaping and have a great smile these people who are staff are super friendly and I actually love coming to my appointment now a little over 30 days and I feel great 😃

They have the nicest front desk staff, they’re quick about scheduling, and they have the best technology. They’re extremely thorough and the periodontists are knowledgeable and friendly. I was super nervous about my procedure but Francis was great. After searching for a good dental practice in Eugene for years, I’m glad I finally found this place.

From the time I called to make the appointment, checking in, through procedures (x-rays, dental hygiene, Doctor check-up, payment and exit) I was treated with professional, knowledgeable and customized service.
My second procedure that same day (as per my request) was extremely successful and expedient- Francis is spectacular! He appears to love his job and he is great at it! I can say the same about the whole team that supported my care as well as each others'- whole staff. This is my new permanent dental office!

I called Monday at 11:am as I work nights. They made a spot that day with plenty of time for my 5 pm start. They are Great,I do recommend them from my positive experience,they know what there doing,Thank You Aspen Dental!

Seriously amazing!
I called Aspen dental after having excruciating pain from just fillings that were done at another dentist. They got me in as an emergency appointment the very next morning. Everyone was very professional and caring. Insurance has been a tricky thing to figure out and Alec was super helpful during this process and made sure to keep me up to date with what's going on!
Even though with insurance the treatment that I will need will be costly, I will continue going here due to the kindness and understanding they have shown me here.
