This place always has quality options and very helpful staff. I always enjoying looking at their current inventory. And if I can’t find what I am looking for they offer to order it and even look for other places to find it if not available to them. Great staff and clean store.

I had a great experience here. The employees were super kind and helpful. Sadie was very attentive to my needs and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my arch problems, i can definitely see that she cared about having the perfect comfortable shoes for me. I definitely will be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family.

If you want expert advice from people who care about the world they work within then this is the place. Highest quality of products and service to match. Considered buying a lot of my products online but after stopping in to see what they offer and ask questions it was a no brainer that this is where I want my money to go. Any slight increase in cost I may pay is massively outweighed knowing I have exactly what I need.

I went in to look for hiking boots. The lady was really helpful and attentive, and helped me try on multiple pairs while explaining pros and cons. I’m kind of picky and due to the market there weren’t tons of options—anyways I ended up loving a pair but when I tried them on we realized my foot is too wide for those to be comfortable for me. She could’ve just sold
them to me but she recommended that I find a shoe that’s wider so I can have good circulation while
hiking. That built my trust with her and if I need to get gear in the future I’d love to try them out again.

Every time I have shopped here for something specific they have been the most helpful and understanding group of people you could ask for. I've bought shoes, a kayak and accessories from Ozark Adventures and each time not only was i blown away with the quality of the products they carry but also with the customer service level and attitude of the staff. Keep doing what you're doing, I'll be a long time customer.

They have a great mix of higher end/quality clothing,camping gear, rock climbing items and water sports.
Great selection of sleeping bags and tents as well.

My organization has done business with them for years. Great little local outdoors store. They typically only carry mid to high end brands. Staff are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful and are very willing to give advice in products and activities. The store is a little small and sometimes you can't get exactly what you want right away, but I've had good luck with them being able to order whatever I've needed.

The sales person that waited on us seemed to know the products well and was very helpful. We did not feel rushed at all. No pressure sales. The hiking boots we bought have proven to be just what we wanted/needed.

The best place in the Springfield area to get any outdoor equipment. I have bought clothes, hiking boots and backpacks here for years. The employees work with you to find what you need for hiking.

Surprisingly, it's one of only a couple dedicated outdoor supply stores in the Springfield area. Clothing, smaller backpacks and hiking accessories downstairs and some kayaks and larger packs upstairs. Not a huge place, but, has a very good selection of outdoor related gear and prices are decently priced as well.

I came in with loose racks on an 18 year old truck with an equally as old yakima rack system. I was greeted kindly and warmly they couldnt even order the pads for my rack system cause they were out of production. But they found an old used yakima system with like new pads on it. Help me install to the exact length required for my truck, after installing they only charged me 10 dollars for all their effort. It saved a trip to the boundary waters for me and 3 friends. They really are a great company, and have earned a life long customer.
