Just wanted to say thank you a Rapid Robert's maintenance guy,Larry, who so willingly helped me air up 2 of my tires. He was very kind and I so appreciated him helping me.. Thank you Larry

I generally get first class treatment at Rapid Roberts. I am a part of the loyalty program and stay within the Conoco family when I travel.

Occasionally, there are equipment failures, and apparently there’s nothing to be done in that situation.

Not a big deal, but I do think that honoring awards is what breeds loyalty.

I would recommend that is being standard practice.

This is one of only a small handful of gas stations that has 93 octane fuel. If you have a high compression motor or a turbo charged motor or an otherwise premium fuel requesting car, try 93, and this location is a good location to do that. The people inside are friendly and the fuel never seems to be problematic.

Found 93 octane finally. Called the store after getting lost and driving all the way north to 44, and the woman working there finally gave me some decent directions. I,got ready to leave, going south thru Nixa and ask how to get to Nixa. The store employee did not know? A customer sent me west 2 stop lights to to 13 south to Nixa.

Not sure which store it was thathas an employee named Chase. I've seen him working at several. He lights up the day for me and other customers. Excellent employee, He is the reason I keep returning.

I give it 3 stars because it does not have Coke fountain products.

This station is in my neighborhood and it’s convenient. But today the video at the pump started feeding partisan ads for an upcoming municipal election. This made me uncomfortable, so I left.

We used them last yr and again this yr but pumps won't take card this yr so leave my dl at counter an Dorothy gives lip service if I was a thief I could leave a dead debit card so makes no since store 111 owners need call me about other services they don't tell customers about at the store

When you try to buy gas at this location, you never know if the pumps will accept a credit card transaction - sometimes yes but sometimes no. Wednesday morning (11/1/23) I had this same problem yet again at 2 different pumps; the manager was quite rude & hateful when I went inside to inquire about it. She instantly tried to blame me! Then when I pointed out I had followed the pump "instructions" exactly, she instantly changed & tried to blame it on my bank! She didn't want to hear/like hearing I could document the problem was NOT with my bank. I went back about 9 hours later & tried a third pump but was met with the same problem. I went inside; the man on duty was very apologetic & informed me that although the problem with their system had been reported a few days earlier, they had no information as to when it might get fixed. The only solution he could offer was for me to guess what my purchase might cost, pay that in advance, & then wait for any overpayment to be refunded. Not only should the pump POS be updated/fixed, but store personnel need to know what is going on & definitely IMPROVE their attitude! This is not the only gas station in town.

I use this gas station a lot just because it is close to my work I almost always use the pay at pump very rarely do I ever go inside. Well today was a rare occasion it's cold out and I wanted some coffee and needed gas. Well the coffee area was dirty like sticky counter tops . That's when noticed the lack of sugar choices it's either the pink sweater or just regular sugar. I can't have regular sugar so I tried the pink and just like before it's gross so I just ended up getting gas and headed over to kum n go because they have a better selection for their coffee.

This store is the closest to my house so I try to give them my business......but not after today! I was the only customer in the store just now and I handed my lottery tickets to the clerk to check for me. She asked me if the scanner wasn't working and I told her I didn't even try it cuz I wasn't aware of where it was. She continued to check my tickets and made the statement that normally she doesn't mind but that she doesn't work for the lottery! I'm sorry I took 2 minutes out of her day but pretty sure I won't be in there again.

Worst experience at a gas station and would not recommend stopping here. Got $20 worth of items and only had a $100 bill and they say cant break it sorry. Didnt even look to see if could break or go in back to get money to break the $100 bill. Seriously the laziest and most unhelpful customer service ever encountered.
