The staff is always great at getting my car in quickly for tire issues or an oil change. Recently, Emery made sure to get my car squeezed in for a tire patch and made sure to have it fixed the same day. He showed great customer service by even staying a few minutes late for me to pick it up that day. Highly recommend Telle Tire for great service!

Noticed my tire was flat at night and made it a point to get there right when it opened at 8am. Super nice and attentive service and they had the repair done in about 90 minutes. Nice, reliable, and speedy care to my vehicle for a very reasonable price. So happy I trusted them with my car, highly recommend!

Our experience with Telle Tire was absolutely wonderful! We were traveling from out of town when we experienced a flat tire. Even though Telle Tire was very busy, they took the time to help us, plug our tire, and make sure we could safely continue our travels. We worked with Emery during our time there and he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and we would recommend this shop for the character of their employees and their quality work. Overall 10/10 and a special thank you to Emery! Words cannot describe the weight you lifted off of our shoulders in being able to assist us same day. We are so appreciative!

Since moving here, it seems that the streets of Saint Louis have a vendetta against my car's tires. This is the second time I've had a screw removed and had my tire patched and both times it's been minimal hassle and smooth sailing with Telle. 10/10

Emery and Bill have gone above and beyond in many situations. I would recommend buying new tires here to anyone. The warranty is amazing and it has come in handy multiple times driving around the city of St. Louis.

While traveling and staying in a hotel near this Telle Tire location we found ourselves in need of a tire service. Our car was shaking badly, but we were not sure of the problem but wanted it checked before we headed to our next destination. We just showed up around 8.20 am and Bill stated it would be a couple of hours before he could diagnose the problem and depending on the problem could be late in the day or possibly the next day before it could be fixed. Michael gave us a ride back to our hotel, 1.5 miles away. Within an hour, Bill called to report that the problem was a broken belt in one tires. He had one in stock and was going to put it on, test to make sure we didn't need an alignment, which we didn't, and would let us know when it would be ready. Within another hour, he called to say the car was ready. Reasonable prices, great service, and a very helpful, professional staff. Highly recommend. Thanks for getting us back on the road in a short turnaround time.

Excellent service! Emery was super helpful and kind both in person and over the phone! Dropped my car off for new brakes at 9:20 am and it was ready by 11:00 and was in perfect working order! Will gladly do business with them again!

These guys were great! Helped me when tire got a nail in it. Drove me in their car and dropped me back at the hospital my wife is in while they fixed mine. Highly recommend them!!

I was having a issue with my car and I don’t know anything about cars so I went there and a guy helped me fix my car and gave my car back within 5 minutes. I strongly suggest going to this place. The workers are very nice and know what they are doing unlike other places. For someone who doesn’t know anything about cars the guy helped me fix the issue right away. I moved to town a couple years ago and haven't needed to have any car work done. Well, yesterday I ran over a spike and popped my tire. Telle took such good care of me. They really made me feel like they cared about me and my car. The pricing was great (they definitely did not over charge me) and they fixed my tire and it looks great! I will certainly be using them for any needs I have going forward! Thank you Telle!!

I came in late-afternoon as a walk-in to patch a tire, and they were able to get me fixed up and on my way with just a short wait. Great service!

A shout out to Bill Bushey the service manager who went way above and beyond to help me out today. I hit a curb and flattened two tires. Bill made sure the job was done in time to pick up my granddaughter at the bus stop, because there was no one else to meet her. He even helped do the installation. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. He really cared!

I was not having any luck getting my car in for a state inspection anywhere. I hadn't been to Telle, but called them because they were listed on the GVIP certified stations and it was nearby. They were so friendly and helped me to get my car inspected and ready to go within a day. Highly recommend!!

My experience at the shop with both the service and staff could not have been better. Tire installation and rotation was perfectly done with punctuality, and I was in and out in minutes. I'm so glad that such shop is available right in the neighborhood, and will return for sure.

After talking to Emery who is also a vet himself, the level of professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness of the shop made all sense to me because this was definitely not a typical motor oil-stained auto/tire shop. The services were priced very fairly, and I can see this shop growing in coming years.

I unexpectedly needed a safety inspection, but I didn't have an appointment. Emory (spelling?) helped me out anyway.

Came in towards the end of the day with a nail in my tire and they did an awesome job repairing it and getting me back on the road before they closed. Great place to take your car for tire help.

Once again Emery and his staff has more than exceeded my expectations. Every time I have gone to them for maintenance or repairs I have never gotten anything other than straight talk and fair prices! On my most recent trip I had a screw in my tire that needed repair. With a smile on his face he had his staff to take care of it right away and they didn't charge me a dime! I would very highly recommend Emery and his great staff to take excellent care of your vehicle.
