I so happy to be apart of this community. Amber has been nothing but awesome helping me get into my new home. Very helpful and polite. Also anytime I have a question she is on top of it, making sure she gets whatever I need taken care of. Couldn’t ask for a better person to get things done.🫶🏽🙃

Bobby the manager is the best guy in the world and an awesome manager he has helped me get things straightened out when I really needed someone to fix things and stuff was all confused hes patient and kind and a very honest person and manager if I owned properties I'd definitely want him to manage them for me

Neighborhood genuinely looks great. Lot of effort put into the area. Brian and Debby are also very nice people despite how busy they may be.

Brian is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond helping me buy my first home and making sure everything is ready and just right for me.

Brain was really helpful, patient and went above and beyond in helping me and my family get a home. If anyone needs help I would suggest asking for Brain he is very professional and always doing his best to make sure you are getting what you are looking for in a home

What a quick and easy process. Brain is amazing and was able to answer all my questions and guide us thru the process. The trailer is beautiful and I cant believe how fast this all happened. :)

Briarwood is a comfortable place to call home. Management, particularly Brian, is always available to answer any and all questions you may have.

My husband and I had some issues moving into the trailer park due to miscommunication with the manager, but once we were able to move in we've had an absolutely amazing experience. We love living here. The neighborhood is quiet is the neighbors are friendly.

I wasn't visiting, I moved here. It's extremely quite and relaxing atmosphere. New management, very clean, neighbors have been friendly. Not what I expected from prior reviews. Glad I ignored those post, but mindful of the water. 1500 gals included, watch your own meters and record them. Prepaid Electric is another plus being outside of Springfield. Your more in control, and can view your useage with their app. They also have to storm shelters. New management soon be having community functions. I am looking forward to Halloween! Many are being remodelled and have 175 lots! Being the minority here for real 2-black families/150-majority! I have yet to be aware if it. Unlike within town! Only 365 people in Brookline Mo, it's a nice and peaceful!

We just moved in a few weeks ago, and I cant Express enough, how helpful Loretta the landlord has been. She has helped us so much with getting in, feeling welcome and continually being available for all my questions, sometimes after hours. Josh the maitenance man has also been extremely helpful with getting our stuff hooked up, and always available. Could not have done it without them! It's been very cozy and quiet here. No drama, no loud music, no trash. Very family friendly! We will be staying for a long time!

Amazing park. The landlady Mika is the most helpful and most wonderful person I've ever had the pleasure to know.

The Manger Brian has a wonderful personality and is truly a amazing person he deserves a promotion he work hard getting me and my family in a better and safer home thank you brian

I know there is previous post where it talks about not safe, trashy etc but with the new owners and management, they are screening backgrounds better, cleaning up the mobile homes and the area , making it a community for families !!! Manager Brian cares about the community, cares about his people !! Excited to see what happens in the future for our small community/ if you’re needing a home , drive by come see them! Some of them are brand new homes

Brian went above and beyond to help me get a better home .you have a amazing employee working for you and he is very deserving of a raise and promotion

Briarwood is a good neighborhood at a decent price. Very family-oriented. I’ve lived here more than 10 years now. Really like the manager Brian.
