I ordered an item that had a high rate of return. I received a call from STL Beds and received excellent detailed advice and instructions on how to install a different product that is superior to solve my problem than the original item I had selected. Their advice was exactly correct. I thank them very much for their care and expertise. I recommend this company very highly.

Michael Coffman was most professional and very helpful! He helped me with my concerns to find the pillow that would work for me. He went above and beyond! I live out of state and my business transaction was online and over the phone. He also followed up with a handwritten note and some little gifts that he mailed to my home! He is one of a kind!

I bought a bedframe for an antique headboard and footboard. DRCV1L. I have had ALL kinds of trouble with it (not their fault). The shippers ripped the box open and STL sent replacement hardware RIGHT away. I didn't buy enough crossbars because I have a split box spring so it was falling through in the middle. Another order sent like lightening. Now the hook won't stay put in the headboard slot and it's wobbling. "No problem! Here comes more hardware as a stop gap!". They got on FaceTime with me to see and advise, answered the phone while the store was closed, popped back emails within minutes, remembered my name, and treated me kindly and with a sense of humor EVERY time. This is the way service should be, but you NEVER find anymore. One bed frame doesn't make them much money, I'm sure, but they treated me like I ordered a thousand mattresses. So so helpful as a person trying to do this on her own. You are in great hands here! PS. Watch the instructional videos they made!

Item arrived two days after purchase and came as described. The company provided a follow-up call to make sure I was ordering what I actually needed. I would definitely recommend!!

Purchased the bed support for a queen bed and due to the specs of my new bed frame, I wound up needing to cancel my order. I would not have known this had the owner, Doug, not reached out to me to verify that I had selected the right product. It is so rare to order a product via Amazon and actually have a human, let alone the owner of a company connect with you to ensure a good experience. Cannot speak to the products itself, but based on a comparison to others online while I was shopping the materials and construction are superior.

We were so impressed with the integrity and thoughtful, creative customer service Michael gave us. We placed an order, and a short time later, Michael called to ask a few follow-up questions. In that process, we realized the item we’d purchased actually wouldn’t work in our case, and Michael not only refunded the money, but spent time brainstorming and troubleshooting how we might solve our problem. We will always check here first to see if we can get what we need from these guys!

Most people who are making a large investment in a bed tend to research prior to going, to get an idea of what their looking for.
That's exactly what I did as far as mattresses and stores to buy from.

I found STL Beds, they had 4.9 stars which peaked my interest. I started reading some reviews, finding many have had excellent results.
I visited STL beds on April 1st, 2023 with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for or at least I thought. Lol
Doug was our salesman, hands down the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a new mattress. Doug is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to making sure his customer's find the right mattress to meet their needs. Doug spent 3 hours with us explaining how each mattress is made as well as the pros and cons.

I would give them 10 stars! I called STL beds the night before I had to move as I was having an issue draining a waterbed. I was using the drain & fill kit but when I turned the water on in my bathroom sink to create the pressure to suction the water out, the pressure was too fast and was going to over flow so I turned the water pressure to medium. I couldn't tell if it was draining the bed or not so I found STL online (I'm in FL), called and I got Doug. He let me know the bed would not drain at half pressure and I needed to buy a Drummond Transfer pump which I could get at Harbor Freights. I went into a panic because I needed to drain that bed as the movers were going to be at my place the next morning. STL was closing in a few minutes and I had never used the pump before. I was half in tears because where could I get help if I needed it? Doug assured me I could use the chat message link on their website even after they closed and went on to give me his personal cell number "just in case" and assured me we would get my waterbed drained that night. I hurried up, got to Harbor Freights, (Doug even recommended I check online at the HF close to me to make sure they had the pump in stock, which thank God they did!) got the pump and everything went as Doug said it would. He explained to me how to connect the pump and what to do. I did call him upon my return to let him know everything was working as it should! Talk about going the extra mile for customer service and I'm not even a customer of STL. This just tells you STL is a first class place for ALL your waterbed needs.

My family and friends have been going to STL beds and Doug for a very long time. Today I just purchased my 5th mattress from STL Beds. We can't wait to get our new mattress home and the first sleep. Great service and great experience EVERY time!!

Doug at STL is the best. I had a tricky situation which required figuring out how to make an antique headboard/ footboard work with a new bedframe. Doug worked with me ( long distance) and came up with a creative solution. Easy invoicing, great shipping … wish I lived closer- I would use STL for everything!

The level of customer service at STL Beds is absolutely amazing! I received a phone call from the owner, Doug, on the same day that I placed my online order. He went over all the details about the mattress that I ordered and asked me many questions to make sure that I was getting the best mattress for me and my husband. He also went over all of the shipping details with me. I can honestly say that I have never received such a high level of customer service from any other company! We received our new mattress yesterday and it is wonderful! The quality and craftsmanship are top notch and it is very comfortable. My husband and I both love it! I would highly recommend STL Beds and will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

My new STL Full to Queen Conversion Kit Lowered Rail Bed Frame Converter DRCV1L arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. The package and contents were in good order. The frame assembly was easy, and the bed frame was very stable, even with only the center cross brace. The box spring and mattress are well supported, and stable with both me and my wife aboard. The bed is in a guest bedroom and has not yet been used, but have every expectation that it will serve its function.

I purchased a heavy duty king size frame from this business in preparation for a new mattress/foundation set we purchased from our local furniture store. It is excellent. It really took the bounciness and sag out of our old bed. It honestly made so much of a difference in the bed performance that we very likely could have avoided replacing the bed for a few more years, but the replacement had already been purchased. It supports the new bed equally well. I had no idea that a bed frame could make such a difference. STL Beds shipped my frame within a couple days and it arrived quickly. It was straightforward to assemble and only required a large flat head screwdriver for assembly. I'll certainly return to these guys next time I need a good quality bed frame.

Ordered a full-to-queen conversion bed frame and it worked out great, very easy to assemble with clear, simple instructions. They even called to confirm the order and make sure I took specific measurements so it would be the right size. Had a small issue with the delivery (on FedEx's end, no fault of STL Beds) and they were very quick to fix the situation and follow up to make sure it was resolved. Great customer service, great product, would definitely order from them again.

There are not enough words to say how life changing our new mattress is from STL Beds! Never buy a mattress from one of those "big name" chain stores! Doug was amazing and explained so many things about mattress quality that my husband and I never knew. He took his time and never made us feel rushed as we tried out many different ones in their show room. The one we ultimately picked arrived yesterday, and the delivery crew were on time, polite and professional, set up our new bed and hauled away the old one for us. Last night was the first night trying it, and it was so comfortable, supportive and perfect in every way! I can't believe we went this many years of life not knowing a good, quality mattress! Do yourself a favor and check here first and you will not be disappointed
