Battlefield South Eagle Stop

In a world where it’s hard to find simple interactions with kindness just because; it means a lot whenever someone is outwardly kind just because. I know she’s new there but My short interaction with Faith set me feeling really good about starting off my day! She was super kind and helpful and I left the station feeling like I had been lifted! I race cars a lot so 93 is important to me! I will definitely be coming back to spend my money on fuel there and hopefully see that wonderful joyful soul again! Simple kindness goes a long way, and I’ll definitely encourage my racing buddies to spend there money there! Yawl make sure to keep Faith around and get that girl a raise!

We stopped by this EagleStop while traveling, and the cashier made our Christmas Eve so special with her kindness. It’s too hard to find people like her.

GOOD PLACE TO GO GET GAS

I really like the people that work and frequent here.

This is my morning stop. Super friendly employees and extremely clean. Mike knows what cigarettes I get and always suggests new products and is the fastest cashier there. I would rather stop here then anywhere else because of how I'm treated from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, this is what customer service is about!

Gas prices are higher than anything around them but if it is all you can get then it is ok.

Clean place

The employees generally seem to be friendly, the place is cleanish and has a decent variety of snacks but no fresh deli items. There's tons of employee turnover, even before the pandemic. The big draw here is the very convenient location right off W. Republic Road and FF\West ByPass.

I been in there a few times . And I have to say usly the clerk's was really rude . But tonight I went in and the male clerk Garret I believe that was his name and if it wasn't sorry but nice and friendly . To bad all convenient stores couldn't be like that . Thumbs up

Update! Once again!!! Why is it almost everytime I try to go in there the doors are locked!?! Why bother posting the time as 12AM if the doors are locked before 10:30 PM

I walked in to find there turned there Gamble machines on, and wondering why they are breaking the law looked it up to find there is a law suit against Springfield MO for fining employees. I agree the employees are not at fault, the ones at Fault are both the ones owning the gambling "No Chance" machines and the ones the ones that own/rent property that allow these machines on there property, so yes Eagle Stop Company is at fault too. I hope there business license get suspended for breaking the law.
I will not do business with a company that Breaks Laws.

Stop here for lunch frequently, store seems really clean however last couple stops one employee has body odor so bad it completely ruined our appetite, and then another young girl (must be new) was continually talking about different strip clubs in town and other things that were not professional or family appropriate… this is a gas station, not a truck stop or commercial street. Your employees represent your company, do better… place has potential but at this rate it won’t last long

Will not pay out 290$ cashout from there slot machine today is the 3rd day I been getting the runaround

Never have problems here &still never have personally. However, tonight when my husband was getting a few things he witnessed something extremely upsetting. A family was waiting for their 220 dollar pay out from the slots.. which they did not have… the family was obviously in need of this money. But they were calm &collected. A silver crown Vic dangerously pulled into the parking lot putting people in danger. (Check surveillance around 6:05 &6:20) Turns out he is the assistant manager.. ouch. What a bad representation of your business. Then, proceeds to cuss &yell at these customers. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! This was such disgusting behavior. I will make sure we don’t stop here again. &I will do my part to post this experience on our neighborhood app so people will be aware of this. I hope this was just a bad seed management will protect their future customers. BIG YIKES.

My bike quit running within 10 miles of their gas station drained gas and bike ran fine. Terrible gas. And terrible customer service. Unable to reach on phone. Rude in person. Will never return.
