I started going here about a month ago after high prices at my other choice forced me to stop going. When I first started, the lady working was not too friendly. But, after taking the time to talk with her and show her that I nice, she became a very good friend. Maybe instead of complaining about the help and ruining someone's livelihood, you should get to know them or take your business elsewhere. Maybe you were the one that was rude and mean!!! Maybe judge yourself before others!!

I love going to this store because of a lovely lady named Angela. She is professional and does a great job. I love coming in when she is working!. I've been coming to this store for 12 years and Angela is the best! She is the reason I come back.

Keep driving! Two stars as they have some nice cashiers, but the employee turn-over is unprecedented. The building is a disaster looking for a place to happen, and the restrooms are just plain gross.

If you’re into really rude employees that hates her life go here. I’m speaking of the 50-60 year old lady with no personality. The older gentlemen from California was always so nice. And the younger guy. But my gosh why be in customer service is you have absolutely no personality and are rude

Furthermore if you want to see people spending their last $1.80 on a shooters then maybe you should go here. Save yourself the headache in this dirty gas station and go half a mile south to the other one. ✌🏻

The inside was filthy especially the soda fountain! The last few times I’ve been in, they’ve been out of sweet tea, which I love their sweet tea, however this time they didn’t have any tea made at all :( so I got pop from the nasty pop machine. Looks like the back splash hadn’t been wiped down in a month of Sundays, low on cups and supplies… I don’t know if she works there in the evenings but there used to be a lady that was so rude. Acted like us customers were a pain in her back side… very unhappy woman to be working in the public!! It’s convenient to stop there on my way to and from work and so forth!! Need to pull in the reigns though.

Wow. Where to begin...I arrived at this location with the intention of filling up my tires. After realizing the machine costs $1 and only accepts quarters, I walked into the store and asked for change for a 20 dollar bill. The cashier immediately lost it with me, complaining that too many people want change and that he isn't a bank. I kept my cool and said "OK, I'll buy a pack of gum." This made him even more angry. I asked him if he was refusing my transaction. His response was to kick me out of the store. I then asked for his supervisors name. After asking 3 times, he finally gave it, but not before yelling at me and waving his finger in my face. Residents of Battlefield (and those passing through) have multiple options for gas. I strongly advise you try the Kum & Go (7/10 of a mile to the South of FF) or the Battlefield Eagle Stop (1.3 miles to the North on FF). This station is shady, low on inventory, and employs belligerent people. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Blatantly and intentionally RUDE CASHIER. Every single time I walk through the door. Making a formal complaint to their headquarters today. 8 year almost daily customer. Live 2 blocks away and dread going to this store due to the newest middle age woman employee. Never in my life been treated with such disrespect/rudeness!! I know they struggle to keep employees at this location but this PERSON has sent us down the road until she no longer works there. Spent a lot of money weekly in this store and now they have ethanol free gas for our motorcycles, but we will go all the way to Hy-Vee for it rather than encounter this employee.

I believe it was the GM Tamra(sp?) I watched as she yelled at a customer telling her to leave and that she wasnt welcome back for repeatedly coming in buying scratch off. "You're wasting my time" when that was her customer. So I walked out not like theres not a Kum And Go right down the road. If you're too old to deal with fast pace business then retire or find somewhere to work that your not degrading customers for doing what they are suppose to do.... Buy things..... Avoid this store at all cost.

I was there getting gas and had an issue with the pump. I went inside and spoke with the manager Tamra and she gave me the worst possible service I've ever encountered. I was being polite and she threw my card at me and told me to leave. I think I'll be going to kum and go from now on. She should not be running a store if shes driving buisness away.

My battery died in the parking lot and when my daughters boyfriend went in to tell them we were going to have the battery checked snd we would be right back. Two employees rudely told.him he had 15 minutes or the car would be towed.
What terrible customer service. I will not be getting my gas there any more !!

My stepdad and I stopped for gas, the clerk was rude when my stepdad said gas pump 2 and was on pump 1 instead. Unless absolutely necessary, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Building is old and in poor shape. All cashiers seem to have sour attitudes.

Customer service is horrible! Cashier is rude when asked simple questions, I would not be surprised to see this store close down within the next 2 years!
