Brought my laptop in when I had trouble with it charging properly. They were able to fix the problem and get it back to me within two days. They have great customer service and great prices.

Michael and his crew are absolutely amazing! They have fixed my phone screen many times over the past few years without a worry! Cheapest in town and believe me, their work is next to none! Got laptop running like new as well! All around perfection!

I've had my screen replaced two different times there, and both times it was finished in under an hour, cost MUCH less than filing a claim through Verizon, and each person I dealt with was friendly. I'll definitely use them again whenever the need arises!

Every time I’ve got gone in, I’ve been given fair pricing and quick service. They installed a battery in my phone since mine was bad, and that one stopped working so the next day they’re fixing it for free. Good guys. I will be coming back with any electronic needs.

I've dealt with Computer Hospital as a business customer since 2007. I work in network IT and these guys are always knowledgeable with regards to systems and professional in their dealings. I primarily purchase hard to find PC parts from them but refer individuals who are needing their consumer systems repaired to them frequently and never hear negative feedback.

I'm suspicious about many of the reviews on this page because this is by all indications a thriving local business with an excellent word of mouth reputation. I've dealt with nearly every consumer PC shop in town over the years trying to find parts locally....this is the place to go in Springfield if you want honest and professional service. A lot of other places staff technicians who shouldn't even be in this field of work.

I just bought a laptop from Computer Hospital on Friday 5/1/2015. It was working great the staff was very helpful and friendly. I decided to use a free anti-virus and took it home, by Monday 5/4/2015 I had several bad viruses and lost my internet connection. When I called they told me to bring it right over. The virus had wiped out some of my drives or programs. They fixed it in less than 24 hours. Of course I had them install Norton Anti-virus as well.

I called to ask a question about an issue my computer was having. I spoke with Mark. He told me to bring my computer in and he would take a look. He was friendly, had a sense of humor, and DID NOT TALK DOWN to me (unlike another computer repair I had tried previously). I was charged about 1/3 of what the other place charged me, had my computer back the next day (in 1/3 of the time the other place had my computer), and felt like Mark actually gave a damn (unlike the other place). My computer is in even better shape now than it was before this "issue" hit, and I was not treated like a moron because I am not computer literate. Thank you for your assistance and for being there.

My 3M Sales rep was in town, When he stop in my shop he had just bent his phone and the sim card wasn't reading. We stop in at Computer Hospital, The guy had if fixed in a matter of minutes. Thanks for the quick service .

Memphis helped me and did a phenomenal job. He had a great attitude. I was looking for a power adaptor for my older PC that was rebuilt so that I could install Oculus Rift, VR on my system. Not only was he able to quickly identify the issue, he helped me with a new power supply that gave me options to upgrade in the future. 100% the Computer Hospital anytime you need help with your PC! I take all my electronic devices here to be fixed! Yesterday, they fixed my iPhone 6 screen perfectly and so quickly. I have had iPhones and my MacBook repaired here in the past. Great guys to work with!

Knowledgeable and helpful parts selection is limited good quality but they are able to get what you need generally and if your going to get a computer built or buy a prebuilt. It is better to go with good shops like these that will have them put and running better than big chain stores.

Brought my gaming pc in to get fixed. This man’s quick no doubt. Had it done in 3 days and he even had to order a part for it. Very helpful.

I actually had 2 laptops that I needed repaired. I was so worried about losing all my boys' and family pictures I had on both. The staff at the Computer Hospital got them both running again with all my pictures still in place. Thank you so much!!!!!

Said my phone would be done in an hour and a half and it was finished in 40 minutes. The phone works perfect and it was exactly what he quoted me. Would definitely go back.
