Recently switched my house and auto insurance on two vehicles over to Seventh Wave through Krissie. She was extremely responsive and helped me save hundreds on my annual rates. Just days after the switch, I was involved and in accident that was not my fault and she was able to walk me through the process and how to handle the situation as the at-fault party’s insurance dragged their feet. With the help of Krissie, she was able to help get responses when the other company went radio silent to my attempts at contact and I’m now finally on the path to getting my vehicle repaired.
