Red Racks Thrift Store

Carla made this an unforgettably awesome experience! There are always so many cool items here! I found the perfect most unique pieces with her help. She even got them untangled! Topped this night off with some the BEST customer service EVER!!! Thank you to the manager for pricing one of the items I was in love with, as well! This store ROCKS!

I am a frequent customer. I love this store not only because I usually find what I’m looking for, but the best part is the money I spend there goes to help fund Disabled American Veteran programs. I don’t think anything I buy there is over priced to begin with. And there is not enough money in the world to pay these honorable men and women back for their sacrifice. Overpriced merchandise? I don’t think so.

As an customer my experience as been nothing, but positive. The managment team were very nice, kind, compassionate, and empathy towards my situation. Helped me out with some items I needed for my dad's funeral. As an employee this store helps people like myself and many of our workers who are disabled. Have a hard time finding employment and work in othet places. Now, as for the dressing rooms. We don't have dressing rooms anymore due to thieved. People kept stealing from our stores and it got really bad. So tney done away with all our dressing rooms at all our locations sadly. Now I do deeply apologize to everybody for this inconvenience. A few bad apples out there that kept stealing from our stores. But anybody who chooses to give our store or any of our locations another chance. bring back your items, cloth items only that you choose to buy will give you store credit or we do what is called even exchange. But if you do buy any electronics from us my manager is a nice lady she is very negotiable very reasonable as well as my other bosses are. As long as you bring it back in within the 7 days she'll be willing to work with you maybe even give you store credit or exchange.

I always find something I like when I shop here. Yes the store is a bit unorganized but that’s because of the customers being messy. Nice helpful cashiers. Cheap prices

This place really has shaped up in the last few years! It looks really neat and tidy and everything is labelled. Easy to tell what is on sell and a lot of great finds.

Red racks is the king of all thrift stores. Everything is very organized and well put together, they put top quality stuff on their shelves, and you can find very good brands they charge a premium, but the experience is always superior.

The 5 ⭐’s are for the donations guys ONLY! Those poor guys need a better system… I seen one that looked like he was about to pass out from the heat & the other 2 were sweating to the point the things they were trying to get out the vehicles were slipping. All those coolers you guys have that’s overpriced, fill them up with ice & water and provide that for them. How about those ridiculously overpriced fans? Let those run for them. Appreciate your staff that’s outside. While the employees inside are being rude and irritated. How about switching positions? And let’s see how they can handle that…

I live under a rock apparently, never been into this store before. I blown away with the selection, various items in really good shape! And cheap! Anddd helps out the DAV! Win win! Will be my new go to for my needs.

Any time I need a little bit of something for my house or some inexpensive things I go to red racks because I can’t pay full price ….can’t afford it …but red racks has great deals

Molly , one of their managers , always brings a smile and makes customers feel like a guest in her home.. Izzy , Makenzie, Harold , Johnny,Gabe, and not sure if I forgot anyone. They each bring something amazing to this company.. great team Ms. Gina!!

Specials and prices will keep you coming back. Take your time and stop to closely inspect seams, zippers, corners, electric cords before checking out. Only buy it if you love it. You can save significantly on clothing, electronics and linens if you invest your time wisely and be thorough.

This was by far my favorite thrift store experience. They had such an interesting collection of things, and amazing deals on furniture. The people in Lee's Summitt must have impeccable taste, because their leftovers were great quality.

The prices are right inline with what you expect for a thrift store on items. I don't buy clothes here though so I can't rate on them. Very clean and well organized. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!

Whatever very minor shortcomings Red Racks may have as a store, I give them five stars (and if more stars were available, I’d give ‘em all of those, too) for what they do for our country’s heroes - our veterans. I’ll keep giving and shopping there for as long as they keep doing what they do! Thank you & God bless you, Red Racks.

I usually look for one of a kind items, not clothes. I find the prices adequate for non-clothing items. As any thrift store, you’re at the mercy of the donations that come in and I have been lucky in checking and finding treasures in someone else’s donation.

This place, like all thrift stores, is hit and miss. But I got lucky today. I found a gem. A Sony portible boom box. It has a CD player, am FM stereo, and tape deck. It was only ten bucks! And it actually works and sounds great. What a find!

Always walk away with a new treasure. Great selection, good sales, reasonable prices. They do a good job of keeping the lines quick. They are very helpful when you donate as well.

This store has seen it's share of transformations. They put out great finds and nothing seems too far out in price. They have sales every day and select days for senior discounts.

Red racks is my favorite place to thrift. With the great deals, costumers service, and all the antiques I can find.

I always hidden gems at this store. It is one of my favorite thrift places in Lee's Summit. They have weekly deals and discounts. Worth taking a look.
