I visited this McDonald's,Saturday afternoon, it wasn't Crowded & the
Atmosphere, was nice & very much
Pleasant, it was indeed, very Clean &
l didn't have to wait long for my food
& I dine in....l Order the Xtra crispy chicken combo with a Sprite.... & it was great, & the fries were Hot also.

Great people great attitude great place my coffee wasn't exactly how I ordered it though I think it was just because the guy was new I just feel like if you're new you probably shouldn't be making you know specific coffee drinks but whatever overall I'd go back

This McDonald's is the best. I get a half cut tea for lunch and the young lady with the gorgeous eyes makes it perfect every time.

food was good and service was excellent for a McDonalds. No shade in parking lot. An older franchise restaurant but well maintained.

Like most McDonald's it is always busy but this one is always really fast. The food is almost always accurate and the people are nice.

These guys were awesome they had a great attitude.

Food was great, store was clean even the bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed the new cushioned chairs. This location has recently been remodeled, and it lools amazing. The customer service was good also.

Very friendly.looked like they enjoy each other.

Young staff and all of them seem to have patience, which I thought was lost amongst the youth today! They're informative and easy going! Put a little faith back in my opinion of this next generation

Food tasted great and they weren't rude at all they were more polite than some places and the atmosphere there was great, wish I could give more starts than 5.

Food was hot & fresh and order was quick & correct.

Drive-thru went smooth and efficiently. We ordered a large coke, two cheeseburgers, and a large fry. The burgers and Coke were good. But the fries were awful. I expect they were fried twice or something. They are burnt.

Update 6-27-22 today's fries we're absolutely perfect!

A McDonald's where your food is hot made right and what more could you ask for from McDonald's. Still awesome

This is MY favorite McDonald's location in the entire MO area. My food is always hot and yesterday's experience was the icing on the cake. The manager on duty around 7:15pm is EXACTLY where she needs to be. I could tell she was the boss instantly with the way she was handling things from point A to point B. Pure professionalism and it was delivered effortlessly. She insisted we check our special order items and they were correct,which means she trains her team properly. Kudos to thos team,they clearly have the right leader.
I was about to give up on visiting because I had a terrible experience at a different location not far from this one. The manager there was SO SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL IT WAS TOTALLY BAFFLING!! Glad McDonald's hasn't completely dropped the ball with hiring. She should go train the manager at 24rd and Sterling location because she has NO clue about restaurant mgmt and she steals customers cell phones if they were left there.

Some hick in his wife's slippers doing food deliveries owes these workers an apology.
On a busy Sunday morning, they could not have been quicker. Keeping your cool and getting people their food while they shake their head and belittle you is an extraordinary skill.

Haven't been here in about 5-6 years but the new look on the inside is wildly cool and the employees remain to be great workers at this location.

You finally got wise enough to get rid of that stupid computer that gets it wrong all the time I can't believe that a CEO came up with that craziness and he got to pay probably a billion dollars while the employees are making just barely living cost!

Always like the quick service and taste of food. Starting to get use to automatic ordering, took a while.

On this occasion, line was short so order placed and food received quickly living up to the “fast food” it’s supposed to be!! Employees rocked as usual with accurate orders as well as pleasant personalities!

This location is amazing. They are always in a good mood. I wish I would have tooken the employees name. She was so kind after a dumb order I made and her comment made my day.
