The whole team was great! Danielle was our sales associate, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She worked enthusiastically to ensure we got the camper we wanted, the documents were correct, we were trained up on how to use it, and everything was hooked up properly before we towed it away. Notable shout-outs to Danny and Kevin also as they helped with financing and other stuff.

Clint Turner was so helpful and very knowledgeable! He took the time to answer our questions and if he wasn’t sure of the answer, he went and found out. Everyone we dealt with was very positive and willing to work with us. I recommend making the drive to come visit the team here. You won’t be disappointed!

I hear such bad comments about Camping World. None if that applies to his Camping World. I have had only the best experiences with them. My Montana was fixed quickly and looks amazing. The service writer, Brandi kept me posted on the progress of the work. She handled everything with my insurance (Shout Out to the amazing team at Allstate). Thank you for taking such good care of my home on wheels.

I purchased my new 2023 Micro Lite 25BRDS here. Samantha (Sam) was awesome to work with. She had to be patient with me when the sale of my own camper fell through and I had to renegotiate my deal with her since I no longer had a large down payment to work with. They worked it out and got the financing done with a much lower down payment. About three days after I brought it home, Sam reached out just to check in and see how things were going and if I had any questions. Thats great customer service. Like a lot of people we have heard horror stories about camping world. But I can assure you they are wrong, especially with this location. We went in with a specific list of what we wanted and didn’t have any intention on buying that day. But Danielle was an AMAZING sales person. She not only listened to our needs and wants but she exceeded our expectations in every way!! If you’re in the market or think you might be then you should definitely go see Danielle!! So far our experience has been great. Huge selection and pretty dang good pricing.

We worked with John Thomas at the Grain Valley, MO location to purchase our first camper. To say it was a pleasant experience is an understatement. John was patient, kind, and very low pressure. He even noticed just before signing paperwork our existing vehicle could not properly tow the camper (Kia Sorrento), and allowed us time to replace the vehicle before continuing with the sale. Cannot recommend John and this Camping World location enough.

It was a pleasure working with the salesman and manager at this branch of Camping World. They were very attentive to our wants and didn't show us anything that didn't meet that description. They did not try to pressure us into anything that was more than what we wanted. The kept in touch with us to see if they were able to help us with our search. We did end up purchasing a trailer from their establishment and are very excited about it.

My husband and I were immediately attended to upon entering the door. Danielle was very professional, and very educated on all campers. She listened to what our needs were, and found the best campers in our price range to show us. She spent several hours with us going over all of the different options. We have not purchased yet, but after we prepare, we will be back to see Danielle. Highly recommended.

We are super excited about our 2023 (new) EPro FDS. I can’t say enough about Danielle! She was friendly, knowledgeable and overall wonderful. She made sure we got what we wanted, and if she could help in any other ways to call her or text her personally and she would go to bat for us. Hoping we won’t need anything, but if we do I feel confident she will help.

Shawn was our salesman and he was great. Todd set up our appointment online with Shawn and he was there to meet us at the door. everyone was great to practice social distancing and we were able to sanitize our hands when ever we thought we needed to. Shawn answered all our questions and assured us that we are now his family. If we have questions 24/7 he is available to us. Camping World will be there whenever we need them. That was worth a lot. We bought our Motor Home today. Thank You Shawn!!!

Last August we purchased a Starcraft 18MK. Our sales person and Sales Manager helped make our experience great. They have honored the warranty for any issues we have had, which have not been too many, and even recently replaced a speaker cover that came off during our travels.

So me and my bf bought our travel trailer last week. We had been up there a few of times looking. We also went several other places. We had almost settled on one at another store, and i happened to be in the hospital for a week and that place told my bf if we didn’t come now they would take away the offer. I told him to tell them if they operate like that knowing I’m in the hospital, we don’t want to do business with them. Of course they say oh we can wait till she’s out. Then, they call me and tell me they want way more money than what they told my bf, and that was the final straw. So we went back up to camping world and explained the whole situation. Honestly, there were a few bumps along the road, but I’m not going to go into those little details because our sales woman Sam, was able to find us something way better than what we had picked at the other store, and newer. We have a lot to do before we can take it out, but we are extremely excited and overall pretty satisfied with our purchase. Also, the finance guy, I want to say his name was Tony, he was really great too. We missed a signature so when I came back, Sam told me he would come out to my car so I didn’t even need to come in. I came in anyway, but it was a nice gesture since I was still struggling after my hospitalization. That also reminds me, I have a small dog I take everywhere, she’s not a service dog but I take her pretty much everywhere and they let me bring her and my gizmo even jumped up in Sams lap when we went in the golf cart to go take a second look at one of the
trailers. We got a 2021 Springdale I would upload pictures of it, but I can’t seem to find a picture share button on this.

Bill and I have always loved our Camping World. We go to the Grain Valley location. Each time we walk in we feel like family. That is why we have now purchased our Third Travel trailer from them and sent 2 or 3 friends there who have also purchased trailers. This time was no exception. From the first phone call, to the finance department, Marlena in titling, and of course our wonderful salesman! With great, hardworking salespeople like Shaune Lapee we will definitely continue shopping with them! Dan with the Finance portion handled us with care, respect and we felt as though we had known him forever. Janell who spent at least 40 minutes if not more showing us how to use all the cool new features in our camper and checking off a few fix it items. As well as the service gentleman that took care of a few of those fixit items right then for us! Top notch as usual. We will definitely be back and continue to recommend them.

We just purchased our first RV from Camping World. Junior and the whole team were great to work with. Thanks, Junior, for listening to what we wanted and only showing us those options. Thanks for not trying to sell us something that was out of our price range! We are looking forward to our camping adventure.

Our search for a travel trailer led us in many different directions, including both physical and online and we kept coming back to Camping World. They had such great inventory and super helpful staff on hand to help us find what we needed. Ultimately we ended up working with Scott as our salesman and he gave us exactly what we needed as far as the right guidance and information to make the best decision for our family. We couldn’t be happier and we’re extremely pleased with Camping World and would recommend them to anyone looking for a recreational vehicle.
