An amazing experience, all the staff is approachable. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't crowd consumers, and address all concerns. Our sales representative Cory was knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, showed us vehicles we neededed, and try to find the right fit. Even when we chose a high end top of the line vehicle. He made sure that he got it for the best price possible. When our trade in was upside down the whole team got together and made sure to buy our trade in for the highest value and added the most incentives to buy a new car making sure the loan was fully paid off. His manager insured all numbers worked and he insured that the store manager would come over and sign off on it. Then Andres our loan specialist made sure we got the extended warranty so we had no concerns for any issues coming up with the vehicle. Cory then spend the whole day with us all day and night until everything was taking care off. The support and welcome aboard to the family goodies made us feel at home thank. You lee summit Volkswagen for the hard work, time, and kindness you show to all who walk in the door. Highly recommended and hope all new customers go there instead of anywhere else to buy or lease.

Nick Mendoza and Isaiah Woodruff were amazing people to work with. I came into test drive a vehicle and I wasn't set on VW yet, still had a few options to check out at other auto makers. Well the car and the service were amazing. Quality people working in this place. Really appreciated it so i made the buy early. By far the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Noah was fantastic and very detailed oriented. He made me believe I needed a Volkswagen for safety and quality. Thomson was fantastic in finance and put us at ease as we finalized the deal.

I haven't purchased a new car for some time and things have definitely changed. Maybe just abit more clarification on the add on items would have helped me make quicker decisions on what I needed or did not need. For the most part, everything went well after I was clear on the amount being financed and why. Our salesman, Quinn, was wonderful. I will definitely ask for his help when I need a new car again and will refer any friends or family who may be looking to buy a car in the future.

Malachi was very transparent, friendly and diligent in his work. Even though others denied me, he did his best to get me approved. Would recommend coming in and working with him.

This isn't my first time purchasing a vehicle from Volkswagen. This experience, I received more than what I was expecting. Khaleed was my salesman. His professionalism, patience and laid back demeanor calmed my nervous down during the process (lol). I feel through the process became more than a salesman, it was like I feel like he became my nephew. EVERYONE, including his manager talked me through giving a slow yes instead of a fast now but with love. I came in expecting to get a sedan, I was approved for a SUV. Even down to the service team. This is a company that stands on "There's no I in team." Everyone comes together and takes care of you. I only want to experience vehicle purchases from here. I'm happy with my car yes but it's more so the customer service for me. Khleed and the team left a VERY impressionable mark on my heart. I thank you.

I went to Lee's Summit Volkswagen and spoke with Nick Mendoza. He was very nicw and patient. I was undecided between 2 vehicle that I
liked and he went over the difference of each vehicle to help me decide which one would work best for my family's needs. The floor Manager was also a great help in keeping the monthly payments within my price range.

Very pleasant experience. The sales team went to work for us right away and got us the best deal they possibly could. I was very impressed and it was the best possible experience I could have had buying a new car. Usually it is stressful and frustrating, but not at Lee's Summit.

Their Client Advisors are top notch - knowledgeable in every aspect covering all areas, ranging from the vehicles that are on their lots, the specs, the features, the coverages, the warranties, the financial aspects, I mean EVERYTHING. If you want excellent service, ask for Greg Wallace, Crystal Meyers, Nate Blair or even Malachi Knowler to help with that experience. I wish I could name only 1 to recommend but everyone is so educated that you're going to receive an awesome experience with anyone that this dealership Employs.

Finance was a BREEZE! I have NEVER been to a dealership that gets you in and out with all the information you need in a shorter amount of time - and with such accuracy in detail. I remember spending hours upon hours at other dealerships (MAX MOTORS SUCK'S - don't ever go there.) and walk away feeling exhausted, pressured and ill informed. Ask for Aaron Peak or Thompson - Especially, if you have somewhere you need to be, and need things done quickly.

Service - I can't express enough how great their service leader is, Scott Craig or Richard Murtha. If you want honesty, look no further.
