Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I've been going to Hyvee for years over any other grocery store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Got an issue finding something? Ask someone for help. They'll personally escort you to the item you're looking for. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Big shoutout to Clifton, the service manager at Hy-Vee in Lee's Summit off Rice Road! Today, I was on a shopping adventure, slightly lost and looking for several items. Clifton noticed the perplexed look on my face and kindly approached, asking if he could assist. Not only did he guide me to the elusive butter chicken sauce, but he also shared a heartwarming backstory about why he loves helping customers. We used Hyvee’s Floral and Bakery Departments for our recent wedding and they were absolutely amazing!

Hyvee’s Floral Department went above and beyond for our wedding flowers! We did not have strong opinions on the designs, and they created more beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, and decorations than we could have imagined. The colors and design matched our theme perfectly. Flowers were some of my lowest priority items for the wedding, and Hyvee made them my favorite part the day of the wedding.

Hyvee’s Bakery did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding desserts! We wanted to have small single serve desserts, and Hyvee made us an amazing spread of treats! The cake was exactly what we asked for, simple and colorful. The gourmet cupcakes were a huge hit with the guests, and the brownies and cookies were absolutely delicious! We were so grateful for how communicative and helpful they were throughout the planning process and for giving us a perfect sweet spread for our wedding!

Wonderful store with the best employees! Each and every employee was smiling and helpful willing to go the extra mile....impressive! The store was clean, well kept, fully stocked, brightly lit and full of life! Employees wandered about giving away new free energy drinks, while another sushi 🍣! This kept several people satisfied! Although the store was under construction, you'd never know it, other than the floor tiles missing and walls partially built next to the new Starbucks being installed! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent grocery store with well stocked shelves and items you won't find elsewhere. Great produce. Good ready to eat selection.

Definitely a plus in the neighborhood & I'd highly recommend them.

My go to grocery stop! Very good meats selection and Asian/Hispanic and much more. I wish they would keep the pre rolled pizza crust stocked better through. Friendly employees and fast checkouts!

Love the store even more after the remodel. The restaurants they added were a great touch for quick, convenient, way to grab lunch! I especially love the hibachi grill! Now they’ve added Starbucks and walburgers!

Love hy vee. Great deals. Friendly staff. Awesome prices on booze. They make shopping easy. Get fuel points and use them at the gas station in the same parking lot. They make it easy. Super deals on items and lots to sample inside the store.

Excellent location! Spotlessly, clean, a Wahlburgers and Starbucks, inside the store, and the largest selection of local and regional barbecue sauces, in all of Kansas City 🛒

HyVee breakfast:
Our server, Leah, was very pleasant and polite. Even though they only had 1 cook, our food came out within a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious.

This store is very well put together. Very easy to navigate. My shopping experience was very good.

Hy Vee has over the top customer service. Calvin pictured went above and beyond to make sure a complicated order that I gave him was finished in a timely manner. We need more Calvins.

Staff is always super nice and helpful! The manager is top notch! My drinks are always made correctly and don't taste off like most licensed stores do.

Breakfast at HyVee very good. We had stuffed French toast and biscuits with gravy.

Very clean and calm compared to others I've been to😇😂only problem I had is that our 6 egg carton only had 5 eggs in it

HyVee catering is amazing! We had them cater an event and it was wonderfully delicious and the staff was great to work with.
