I recently made Royal my first choice as auto service provider after using far busier shop for many years. I have now taken 3 cars from 3 different family households to Royal. I have been pleasantly surprised by their ability to accept repairs on short notice and get the work done promptly and at a reasonable price.

First time customer. Went in for a front end alignment. The staff is courteous and professional. Even got to speak with the tech about my truck and he explained the issue. Was in and out in 45 mins. Excellent job and I will be back!

The folks at Royal Automotive are always friendly and have never tried to overcharge me for work done. They’ve always been honest and upfront. Royal has a small town feel in a big city.

I had some issues with a Jeep ignition and they were able to come up with a way to get me back on the road with a push button start.

I highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff that is very helpful. They were able to fix my car the same day I took it in to be looked at. Theyll be my go to shop going forward .

The team down at royal automotive ois does a great job for me. They're timely and the price is always right!!!!!

I called them at 2:30 PM on a Friday afternoon needing assistance with a new catalytic converter put on at another shop. Told them it was urgent because I needed my vehicle that weekend and they were able to get me in, get the pipe straighten and installed correctly. I thought the price was fair and will consider using them again in the future.

Easy to set an appointment. When I arrived, they took the car in quickly and took care of the needed service right away.

Fantastic service here. Prices are unbeatable, service is friendly, and this place really keeps the old-school shop feel. Kim and her father run a superb business, and are nothing but honest with truly high-quality employees. I've been taking my cars here since I got my very first one back in high school, and I'll be taking them here until I'm gone.

Got me in for an inspection same day. Very nice, knowledgeable, and great customer service.

I highly recommend this shop! I had a lot going on with my car and they made sure to hear me out about all my concerns. They got me in quickly, discovered the issues and communicated them to me thoroughly and faster than I was prepared for and the price was great for everything they were doing! The whole team was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and so efficient it's crazy! I will absolutely come back and will send anyone I can their way!

My experience with Royal Automotive was great! I took my car in because there was a knocking noise coming from my front end. They found the issue right away, called me to let me know what was wrong, and gave me a price point and time estimate and were able to fix it that day. They were super efficient, friendly and reasonably priced! I will definitely be going back for future maintenance and repairs!
