This has always been my favorite hardware store. I want to especially thank the gentleman who assisted us with buying the display model grill and loading it in my truck. He was very helpful and respectful. I am always treated well shopping here and I love their BBQ section.

I was very impressed at the fast and friendly service here. Everyone I encountered was both kind and knowledgeable. The store is kept clean and neat, and overall it was a very pleasant experience, from the search for the part I came in for, all the way up to checkout.

During my brief visit two young men approached and both helped get me in the right direction for fitting pieces together in the plumbing department, the first even confirmed when he saw me later that I had found what I needed. Great customer service, I know where to come in the future to get the help needed for my plumbing problems.

I definitely prefer to take my business to Ace rather than the two big box hardware stores. Ace is friendlier, has a much better return policy, and treats their customers better. They may not have the inventory the other two have, but they have what I need.

I was in the predicament of replacing a threshold and needing the products and advice to do so. Brad at the 291 location walked me through the process and showed me options of thresholds. I walked out with a ten-dollar threshold and the knowledge to get it done on my own, within an hour, thanks to the "tricks of the trade" given to me by Brad.

Great selection of healthy plants. Good sale prices on plants that looked wilted but when planted and watered, came right back to looking well cared for. 😀

My favorite store and location, by far!

This is the closest Ace to me in Raymore that consistently has the largest selection of supplies for my Traeger. The employees are always very friendly and quick to help when I need it. It's a bit of a drive but if they have what I want and dont have to go to 2 or 3 different store it's worth it.

Everyone is so nice! David F. and Dan really know what they are talking about paint and Hardware. Brad E. knows basically everything at grills. Their store is so clean, you can tell their managers care a lot about the store and their cashiers are always smiling and happy. You are basically apart of the family as soon as you walk through the door!

Very nice and willing to help with what ever you need. Cashier was a kid and acted like one. Had to ask to put what we purchased in a bag, because he wasn't going too.

Went in looking for some nuts and bolts and the kid that was working there actually knew what a nut and a bolt was thread pitches styles of bolts he was actually intelligent when it came to these things I was very much impressed I drive all around town buying fasteners as I'm a mobile mechanic actually having someone that knew what they were talking about was very unusual and refreshing
