McDonald's

The usual MCDs experience nothing special here. It wasn’t horrible and it wasn’t amazing. Our food was prepared properly as ordered and served hot. Everything was as it should be for a fast food visit. The store appeared well staffed and organized as well as clean. I had no complaints other than prices going up but what can you do everything is going up now.

This is the only Mcdoanlds I go to in independence.. I very rarely have any issues with my food or the service and if I do they fix it right away! I visit here on the regular! My kid loves the happy meals and I always seem to have a buy one get one free coupon for them!

The best McDonald's in the world food is always fresh and hot and staff is always working hard

The staff was so nice to my baby I had like 4 employees come out to the lobby to interact with her. They made sure to get us fresh food and the manager even made sure to do a quick lobby check because she noticed a lot of customers coming inside.

I came in around 12 pm and the lobby was quite full. I sat down at a table and plugged my phone in and then ordered at the kiosk. Within five minutes my order was ready and it was fresh. The fries could’ve tasted a little bit better but I’m just picky about my fries. The staff was helpful and they even gave me four sauces when I asked for some for my burger. I stayed quiet a while to let my phone charge up and wasn’t bothered or didn’t receive one ugly look my direction. Bonus points for the bathroom being clean as well!!!!

It was actually one of my better experiences at McDonald’s. I needed a mid-day getaway and that’s exactly what I got and I left with a full tummy. Good job McDonald’s

Born and raised in Independence, this is one of the best McDonald's. The atmosphere there is just absolutely fantastic.

Every single time we order their food is piping hot fresh, I mean Burgers literally straight off the grill, and the weight for the fries it is totally freaking worth it! In the service from the people, is also absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place, very very kid friendly. Very friendly and kind employees

Ordering through the app ahead of time was super convenient, especially when you don't want to wait in line for the only 24hr location within 10+minutes!

This particular location isn't in the area I live in. Stopped for a quick snack on my way home. The drive thru was very fast. The young lady that assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with the quality of my sandwich. It was the perfect temp and tasted fresh. Overall a great experience.

The staff are great, the food is great, I just don’t like the robot in the drive thru. She always has beef with me because she messes up my tea every time.

I know when people get busy people's attitudes change and that's what a good customer service is all about it you should be able to keep a smile on your face and make it to the end of the day without wanting to turn that frown upside down

I had three little ones with me and we took forever ordering through the drive-thru yet the employees were very friendly. The food came out exactly right.

One of the boys ask for a smoothie and so she said yes, you can get a smoothie with a happy meal. But it was the dollar extra and I did not find that out until I got the receipt. I think perhaps next time it would be nice to let the customer know that yes, you can order a smoothie with a Happy meal but there will be an extra charge. Otherwise everything turned out exactly right!

Love this place. They are friendly and fast, if its backed up they get it sorted and moving quickly, it's always clean inside and the kids look forward to the play area which is also always clean, I drive 15 minutes away just to come to this location

Such amazing food
When my teeth made contact with the 1 dollar cheese burger I could hold back but to chew 24 times and swallow with such pleasure it was quite the marvelous sensation

I went in the evening wanted a #1 with Tea for my drink they didn't have any tea who runs out of Tea in the summer time. They are slow to answer and nobody in front of me they must have drove off too because I did. When you want McDonald's you want it that's why you drive in but if they keep messing up your order or not having things that makes you drive down to the other McDonald's which I did.

Accidentally mobile ordered some shakes into the lobby after the lobby closed and a super understanding lady brought my order out to me! I wish I got her name because I was having a bad night and she really cheered me up with her kindness 🧡

Fast service and food was fresh

The people there are always nice they're usually busy so it will be a bit to get help but that's OK the food is good.
