Nice people. Some really good deals. Some things aren't such a good deal, have to be careful. Go for the big stuff on 20% off days, they usually have one every other month or so on Sunday. You will get a notice in email if you are a member.

The staff here is lovely & fun. Helped us find what we needed just before closing!

Surprised that they have a lot of furniture now. Spent over $100. Great store.

Professional and efficient. Very customer friendly ☺. I was sent there by the Big Lots on Noland Road because they had a kitchenette set I wanted. I called before I went and they said, they would hold it for 24 hours. When I got there I gave him my Big Lots card, he then told me they had 15 % off but, I had to pull it up on my email. I didn't have my email set up yet for Big Lots. The gentleman (Xavier) patiently walked me through the process so I could receive my discount. Thanks Xavier 😊 for your assistance. You smiled the whole time you assisted me. You are definitely an asset to Big Lots.

I have never been in Big Lots before but I dropped by yesterday and the cashier Mike was THE most helpful cashier I have ever had anywhere. In this time of the Covid grumpy mood being everywhere it was a wonderful surprise. Thanks Mike for making my day.

This store is great! Pricing is reasonable. Randall is the manager here & is very fair & reasonable & customer service oriented. Joe is a team leader in furniture & is also kind & awesome! Pricing is competitive & good. I have shopped here a lot in last several months & have been very satisfied!

Went in looking for a lunch box for my child out of season. Lady I met at the door immediately took me to the items they had that might work.

The store was clean and items seem of decent value for the price. I love our Big Lots. There is always a great selection of decent priced toys and seasonal items

It was my first time shopping there is a large store but not completely filled up because it holds furniture, but it is a basic Big Lots you get just what you need and maybe a piece more. I'm glad they are still around. It's pretty clean and that is important I hate trying to shop in a cluttered store. It's in a great location of other stores.

I've always loved Big Lots! They have a great variety of stuff for a great price. Today they had the box springs we needed for a great price! We also found a nice recliner my husband likes for a great price! I will always be a customer here!

Always a great experience. I find what I want and stumble across really great deals and clearances almost every visit. This is the absolute best place to get my dogs treats!!

I love the Lee's Summit store! I've shopped here every since the store opened as I know where the main items are, until they switch it up on me! Clean, well lit, friendly employees. What more could I ask for? Well, maybe a free 5 minute shopping spree! Lol

I visited this store with 5 minutes left till closing time, and they treated me as if I'd come in in the middle of the day! Tom was excellent & and Shane ( I think that was his name) was by very helpful.
