St. Louis Bread Co.

Great location and always friendly service. Food is delivered to your table and staff regularly walk around and clear plates. They have the quick-serve stations and everything is very convenient and quick. Parking can be a bit hectic at this particular spot, especially during Peak lunch or dinner times.

Dan the manager was very nice. I missed up my order and he came and explained everything to me. I appreciate his patience with me and my questions.
Update: I got to eat and my bagels were hard. 😡😡

Had breakfast there on a Sunday. There were 7 of us in total. We ordered and picked up all.oit food with in 10 minutes. Clean, open space, nice seating. Would go back.

I ordered rapid pick up. Every thing was as expected.

I had the Spicy Thai Salad and I remixed it to fit my dietary restrictions. I also ordered the tomato soup and a green smoothie.

My salad was exactly what I ordered with plenty of salad dressing. It also came with a Thai sauce so I was one happy camper feeling very saucy! My tomato soup was just what I expected and the croutons were awesome. I love how they wrapped them in a little baggy. The bread I had with the soup was perfect because I ran out of croutons so I broke my bread up to add extra untoasted "croutons".

The smoothie was already to go when I arrived, although I was running late, it was still cold and just soft enough to drink with out a brain freeze.

I plan to order lunch here again next week for a meeting I'm having and I'm expecting the same great service.

Quick visit. Ordered in the line (no one in front of us), waited about 5-10 minutes for the food, and then left. Employees we encountered were nice and the parts of the business we saw were clean. Had no issues and I would visit again.

Phenomenal always. Great service, manager sometimes makes an appearance at your table like a restaurant also cleans around the store. Workers are very nice. Over appearance great hospitality. - Try the frozen mocha and cinnamon buns.

Wednesday Feb 3rd at 11:30 Kimberly saved me. She is an asset to the team. I tried multiple times from multiple computers to place an order online. With no luck I raced to The restaurant to place my order in person. Kimberly took my order for more than 8 People quickly, efficiently, and with care. She is amazing with customers and probably sensed my urgency and stress and helped me... patiently. Because of her I could still make a good impression on the clients I am delivering lunch to.

Placed my order at a self- serve kiosk. Items were ready for pickup in just a minute or two.

So, I went to this location, like I usually do, for a rapid pick up. It was around 12:30 pm, and they were extremely busy. I kept looking for my food, but it seemed to be moving slow. I was approached a number of times by various employees to see if I needed help. Finally, I said I was waiting for my order. The employee asked my name, and discovered my order wasn’t in. I checked my Panera App and found I mistakenly ordered at another location. The employee immediately asked what I ordered, rushed to make my food, and brought me my food then thanked me without charging me (though I paid already for my order left at the other location. Outstanding service!

Nice quiet spot to have a little peace and a good meal. Took my dad who has dementia and he had a great time.

The chain is great and this branch specifically is one of the best. The employees and manages are always nice and smiling, the food is fresh and tasty, the place is clean and has good atmosphere. For all of these reasons I eat there almost every day.

Cashier “Adela” explained the menu very well cuz it was my first time there. Super quick. Strawberry lemon mint drink was super refreshing!

We have a child with a nut allergy, and prior to dining and spoke with manager Lindsay, she was very informative about the foods and how they were prepared. And when we arrived she made sure to let all of the cooks aware of the allergy as they prepared his food. It's such a relief when you get great customer service when faced with a food allergy, unfortunately many people these days aren't always so understanding but Lindsay went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU!

This is definitely one of the best Panera's I have visited. I was waited on right away and received my food promptly aa well. The quality of the food was excellent as well.

Great experience. Ordering from our table via the app was simple, easy and far more comfortable than standing in line. Food was delicious and filling.

Coffee runs out fast on Saturday morning, but service and food were as good as ever and we still found a seat for breakfast. This location has a lot of nice, clean, covered outdoor tables as well. I love the St Louis Bread Co branding in the local stores, even though I noticed our receipt said Panera :)

This is my favorite Bread Co. I often stop in on my way to work in the mornings to pick up lunch. Staff is fast and efficient. Yesterday they forgot to put my chicken in my Greek Salad. I stopped by today to explain what happen and the manager took care of me. I got Greek Salad with chicken. Mgr only charged me for just the salad. Thank you.

Clean atmosphere, good food.

The nicest St Louis Bread Co in the St. Louis area. Always crowded during lunch and can be hard to find a good parking spot. Two fireplaces for winter reading. This location uses location-aware devices so staff can find you with your food. Line always moves quickly, even during rush times.
