I went in today to buy gifts for my nephews. The cashier, Brendan (694314) was very helpful. He pointed out several good deals and guided me through my purchase and mentioned that I had a lot of rewards points saved up. I ended up paying less than half of the value of my purchase because of his expertise. Brendan is the best!

Went in to pick up my order for the Nintendo switch oled. Smooth experience and the employee working there was very nice and we talked for a while. Really liked his vibe, you can tell he loves video games and that he enjoys his job. Definitely a very friendly atmosphere in there.

I'm definitely not a gamer by any measure but my family wanted to go somewhere that sold xbox games. I was genuinely inquiring about different consoles that we could potentially buy. The lady that helped us didnt hesitate at all to answer all of our questions with 0 judgement. There was no pressure to buy and we walked out knowing which console we want. Because of her time invested in us and her commitent to customer service, when the time comes to purchase I will be buying from here.

Top notch service from the Sunset Hills, MO location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not my first place to shop due to prices most of the time but I have always been treated well when looking or shopping there.

Ever since I started buying digital copies of games, I've only bought consoles from Gamestop. So today when trying to hunt down a XB1X in a 100 mile radius, I called up the Sunset Hills location and spoke with Josh who put a hold on the only one left as long as I could get there by 8pm.
When I arrived he kept to his word, remembering we had spoke and helped me out. As I am on crutches he even offered to help carry it out to my truck for me. A huge shout out to Josh. Thank you!

This place is a great place. The staff are very imformative, helpful, and hospitable. They care enough that they recognize me everytime i c walk in. I go to this store FIRST before i go anywhere else.
